Pros:

Great Hotel for 1-2 nights if you are exploring the area. I would say a perfect hotel for families. Close to the beach and restaurants.

Great small hotel! Quite, clean with an amazing breakfast which is not expected from a 3 star hotel. The only downside were the prices at the pool bar and the room size. Everything else were fantastic!

Schönes Zimmer - gerne wieder
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel. Durch die Größe der Zimmer in den Ecken etwas staubig, aber insgesamt auf einem sehr guten Niveau.

Schlafen durch sehr laute Autos oder Roller nicht mit offenem Fenster möglich.

Frühstück etwas wenig Auswahl, sehr englisch.

Hotel is in a good condition. Rooms are very clean. Coffee for breakfast is terrible. It is shame to put instant coffee machine in this kind of hotel. Usually there is a queue in front of coffee machine in the hotels but in this hotel nobody take that coffee in the morning. They push guests to pay for coffee in the bar. Nikiti in general looks terrible. Dirty and chaotic with very bad streets.

Wir buchen das Hotel zum vierten Mal in Folge und fahren mit PKW ca 380 km von Sofia, Nachbarland Bulgarien. So können wir den Strand Kastri Beach - eine Ende September/Anfang Oktober ruhige Bucht mit 600-700 m Sandstrand in 4 km Entfernung vom Hotel Lily Ann benutzen. Sonne, warmes Meereswasser, schwimmen, schnorcheln, bunte Kleinfische. Sonst grichische Küche, Promenade in Nikiti a.c.

Familj med två barn, 12-14 år. Familjerum med eget rum en trappa ner åt barnen. Helt ok, fint/bra poolområde där de visade EM matcherna i fotboll :-)
Hårda sängar men det krävs 5 stjärniga hotell i Grekland för att slippa dessa.
Hotellet har bra frukostbuffé, som helhet helt ok men inte mer än så. Ca 400 m ner till stranden och strandpromenaden.

Strategica sistemazione in Nikiti
Pros:

L'hotel si trova a 5minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Nikiti, ma è strategico per muoversi e visitare tutte le belle calette di Sithonia. Camere discrete, buon servizio di pulizia e colazione con molta scelta (anche dolce ma soprattutto salato). La piscina, sempre ben pulita, è molto bella. Il personale in reception è estremamente gentile e disponibile.

Our stay in Lily Ann Village was very pleasant. The staff was very kind and willing to help us. The breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel was more than great! The hotel was a couple of minutes away from the beach, which would be ok if it weren't for the heat (we had no car). :)

Ruhiges Hotel in Strandnähe
Pros:

Wir haben schon öfter in dieser Region Urlaub gemacht.
Das Hotel entspricht auch seinen 3 Sternen.
Es war sauber und das Frühstücksbuffett war OK ,wie das Abendessen war kann ich nicht beurteilen.
Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und genügend Tavernen wo man seinen Hunger und Durst stillen kann sind vorhanden.

Excellent hotel with helpful staff
Pros:

Myself and my boyfriend had a great stay at the Lily Ann Village. The room was pleasant, the breakfast buffet was excellent, with a generous variety of things to choose from, and the staff were extremely helpful - and all spoke excellent English. I recommend it enthusiastically.
