Krásne prostredie. Izba pekná, čista. Raňajky pestré, veľký výber sladkého či slaneho. Personál ústretový, milí, usmiaty.

Postele boli mäkke. V sprche neodtekala voda.

Pros:

Milý a příjemný personál na recepci, rychlé vyřízení, možnost selfcheck-in. Čistý pokoj, lahev vody na pokoji byla příjemným přivítáním, bohatá nabídka nápojů na hotelovém baru. Široký výběr jídla na snídani, která byla velmi chutná, mimo jiné obsahovala čerstvé ovoce a ocenili jsme přípravu vajec kuchařem v jídelně, dle přání. Dále hotel působil příjemně, čistě a nabízel velkou škálu služeb. Rozhodně svůj pobyt hodnotíme pozitivně, ubytování jsme opouštěli s pocitem, že jsme dostali služby v kvalitě, která odpovídá ceně, to se jinde nedá vždycky říct. Určitě doporučujeme.

Cons:

Do pokoje se neslo až zbytečně moc hluku z chodby, v letních měsících bychom uvítali klimatizaci, stejně tak kdyby pokoj disponoval lednicí. Parkování v širším okolí hotelu, to lze pochopit. Přístup hlavním vchodem pouze po schodech.

Pros:

Lokalita pro mě super, mimo centra města, klidné místo ,v přírodě. Dá se dolít podél vody pohodlně až do města.
Jídlo výborné, personál milý a ochotný, hotel uvnitř velmi pěkně zařízený.

Cons:

Pokoj s balkonem těsně nad parkovištěm a vchodem , tedy ve velmi teplém počasí, pokud otevřete okno nebo balkon,vše slyšíte až do noci ,takže moc nespíte. I v pokojích je vše slyšet, dokonce mluvení z jiných pokojů. Ale jinak spokojenost se službami i zařízením i servisem.
