pojechałem na narty, syszarka do butów nie działa, zgłosiłem na recepcji, brak reakcji, na uwage że jest to wymienione jako atut hotelu odpowiedź że przecież za to dodatkowo nie płacę, dodatkowa opłata za parkowanie samochodu przy hotelu

Pros:

Pobyt jsme si se synem moc užili. Hernička a bazén byli každodenní nutností 🙂. Příjemně nás překvapilo, že zde byly připraveny dvě stezky s úkoly, které nás oba moc bavily. Snídaně i večeře byly pestré. Doporučujeme. 🙂

Гарний готель в горах. За гарну ціну можна замовити проживання з напівпансионом. Є басейн і сауна. Дуже гарна їжа, сніданок і вечеря шведський стіл.

Cons:

Дуже маленькі номери якщо жити втрьох. Немає можливості замовити більший номер, тільки якщо 4 людини. В якийсь момент у всій місцевості пропало світло годин на 5, не працювала сауна, яку ми забронювали, і довелося ходити пішки на 9й поверх. Жодної компенсації не запропонували :(

Hotel a jídlo super

Cons:

Celý pobyl byl ok dokud nevypadla v sobotu kolem 16 elektřina a nešla cca do 21h. Dá se to pochopit a neměla bych stím problém pokud by se k tomu hotel nějak postavil. Chodila sem se 4 letým synem do 9 patra (mohlo být nabídnuto nižší patro...), ale celkově ze strany hotelu nepřišla žádná kompenzace ani žádné pořádné informace sme nedostali, pokud sme se sami nezeptali. Ještě měli tu drzost si říct v neděli o zaplacení parkování...člověk tam nechá tolik peněz a když se stane takový problém očekávala bych kompenzaci...za mě zklamání a nebyla sem jediná, která z toho byla zklamaná. Kdyby se nestal tento problém, bylo jinak vše ok až teda na starší paní na recepci, která byla dost nepříjemná, když sem se jí zeptala, zda si můžeme na recepci nechat kartičku od pokoje...

Tolle Gegend, gute Halbpension, nettes Personal, sehr sehr kinderfreundlich!! An jeder Ecke ist etwas zu finden, Willkommensgeschenk, Spiele - Leseecke, Animation, Lagerfeuer, tolle Spielsplätze etc.
Schnelles aufmerksames Personal!

Cons:

Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, lebt von der Gegend und vom Massentourismus, trotz dessen zeigt es noch Individualität.

Polecam pobyt w tym hotelu .
Pros:

Bardzo dobre śniadanie ,duży wybór jedzenia. Cieplutki basen i super jacuzzi. Bardzo miła obsługa.

Cons:

Moim zdaniem hotel zasługuje na trzy gwiazdki jednak . Oczekiwałam wyższego poziomu.

Starší vybavení pokojů, ošoupané čalounění, koupelna už také něco zažila. V některých pokojích bez klimatizace je dost teplo.

Dass Wasser aus dem Getränkespender beim Frühstück hat massiv vermodert gerochen. Ebenso das Wasser aus dem Hahn. Es war schlicht nicht trinkbar! Licht im Bad defekt, Heizung nicht einstellbar, Lüftung im Bad defekt.
Sauberkeit war soweit ok.
