Pros:

Room, swimming pool

Cons:

Receptionist yelled at me across a large lobby when I was moving my baggage across the lobby. No reason whatsoever to do this. This receptionist was unknown to me and there were not any prior inteactions whatsoever with that receptionistl. Rude and inexcusable. Never have had such a negative experience in many stays over man yeara via booking.com. The other recetionists at the hotel were ok and behaved according to normal standards.

Das Zimmer war zweckgemäß eingerichtet. Das Angebot für Kinder war sehr gut mit Spielzimmer und Bastelangebot. Beim Essen gab es eine gute Auswahl.

Cons:

Wenig Auswahl für Kinder beim Essen. Vielleich kann mal über ein Kinderbuffet nachgedacht werden.

Es war ok. Wir würden das Hotel aber aufgrund der Erfahrungen nicht wieder buchen

Die Lage ist gut. Das Essen ist auch ok. Etwas teuer für das was geboten wird.

Cons:

Wir waren eine Gruppe mit 4 Familien mit Kindern. Bereits bei Buchung 5 Monate zuvor wurde der Wunsch geäußert in räumlicher Nähe zueinander unterzukommen. Das dies nicht möglich war ist auch nicht so dramatisch. Aber das unsere Familien bestehend aus 2 Elternteilen und jeweils 2-4 Kindern mit den pro Familie gebuchten zwei Zimmern auf unterschiedliche Etagen gebucht wurden, ist nicht ok. Eine Familie mit vier Kindern (die Kleinste ist 2 Jahre) und zwei gebuchten Zimmern fand sich letztlich in den weitest voneinander liegenden Gebäudeteilen A und C wieder. Das hat unseren Urlaub leider erheblich beeinträchtigt und das Personal war nicht entgegenkommend. Es hieß nur, der Manager ist nicht da, kommt erst morgen und das wiederholte sich. Dass das Hotel schon arg belegt war, ist bekannt. Eine Optimierung durch das Personal hätte allerdings alleine schon innerhalb unserer Reisegruppe erfolgen können. Das war insgesamt schon ziemlich unglücklich.
Das Hotel an sich ist abgewohnt und die Zimmer haben überall kleine Schäden, aber es ist sauber!

Byłem w hotelu drugi raz, położenie blisko stoku powoduje, że pewnie przyjadę ponownie.
Pros:

Śniadania dobre, duże urozmaicenie. Bardzo korzystne położenie blisko wyciągu. Z Medviedina praktycznie można zjechać na nartach w pobliże hotelu.

Cons:

Nie ma rzeczy, które by mi się nie podobały.

Bardzo dobre śniadania, duży wybór. Panie sprzątające codziennie zaglądające czy coś potrzeba, sprzątane codziennie. Hotel bardzo dobrze przystosowany dla dzieci. No i jest Pets Friendly :)

Cons:

Schody na wejściu do hotelu. Nie ma żadnego podjazdu nawet dla wózków. Wnoszenie bagaży to dobry trening. Nie ma też zbyt wielu wózków na walizki żeby ułatwić transport do pokoju.

Pobyt mega udany pokoje przestronne bardzo czysto i ciepło. Śniadania i obiadokolacje rozmaite i pyszne. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Na duży plus bliskość stoku narciarskiego i wypożyczalnia sprzętu w hotelu. Do każdego pokoju szafka w dużej narciarnia. Przy hotelu przestronny parking.
