при оплате номера с завтраком "шведский стол", не умереть с голоду помогло только соседнее кафе

Цена не соответствует качеству !
Pros:

В кулере на этаже не было воды. В номере воняло грязными носками!!Под кроватью был мусор!!!Попросила дополнительно подушку и, халат. Подушку ( с желтыми разводами)и наволочку принесли, а халат оказывается положен только в люкс номерах, поэтому мне предложили взять халат в аренду за 100 рублей!!!! Завтрак....я ожидала большего... выбор скромный, выпечка не свежая, кофе робуста - горький. Ещё не понравилось завтракать под телевизор, где идёт сплошная реклама, обычно в отелях на завтраках играет классическая музыка, что намного приятнее. Из плюсов кровать и подушки относительно удобные, выспаться удалось)!

A very decent hotel
Pros:

I was put in a studio, it had air conditioning, modern plumbing, and everything worked as expected. The room and furnishings were clean and new. There is a nearby mall that is a 5- minute walk from the hotel. There you can find a large grocery store, electronics, a movie theater and a food court with both western and Russian fast food chains. The location is about 20 minutes away by taxi from the Glavny Central Rail Station, and is about 10 minutes by taxi to downtown Rostov-on-Don. I found the staff to be friendly and professional. I needed to have documents sent to me at the hotel prior to arrival. They signed for them, held them, and presented them to me upon check in. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience here.

Cómodo pero lejos del centro
Pros:

El hotel es antiguo pero cómodo y tiene bowling, karaoke, billar. Los baños son muy pequeños. El restaurante del hotel atiende muy lento. El hotel NO está cerca al centro.

Spirit of soviet times is still there
Pros:

Unpleasant and mixed impressions . Refurnitured rooms and refreshed stuff, but not enough changes in behavior of people and service.
Too much time for simple formalities check-in and check -out.
cerainly not recommended place to visit.
There are three good points: cheap price, good location, clean rooms

Отвратительное впечатление. Отель стал гораздо хуже....
1. Очень холодно
2. Отвратительное питание (слабый ассортимент, плохой кофе, пока был ремонт в ресторане завтрак накрывали в коридоре.... часть столов резервируют под вип-клиентов, остальные как хотите).
3. Ужасная сантехника
4. Очень слабый персонал (на всех уровнях) - ужин, оплаченный заранее, предоставляют только стандартный, малейшее отступление от стандарта приводит персонал в шок. В последствии проблемы с отчетностью (документы формируют без учета клиента).
5. единственный плюс - пенка для умывания классная в душе)

В целом - неплохо, удачное местоположение. Чистенько, уютно, вода горячая круглосуточно. Единственный недостаток - на 10-м этаже очень жарко. Если открыто окно ночью, то очень шумно от проезда автомобилей.

Viaggio di piacere per 6 notti. Ottimo albergo con molti servizi tra cui sala da biliardo, ristorante, sauna. Ho provato solo il ristorante, una cucina ottima ad un ottimo prezzo. Personale cortese e disponibile, ottima colazione con ampia varietà di scelta, camera spaziosa ed ordinata e molto pulita. Nessun difetto, l’unica pecca è non conoscendo il russo e sapendo poco l’inglese, ho potuto comunicare poco. Hotel consigliato.

Останавливался в этом отеле не в первый раз. Устраивает расположение и наличие автостоянки. Хороший завтрак. Приемлемое соотношение цена-качество.

excellent hotel for the reasonable price
Pros:

The place is very good, the airport schuttle isnt free, but the taxi provided by the hotel was very good and reasonable priced, about 6 dollars, the breakfast was very good and had a wide selection, for the 35 dollars charged for the standard single room all was much better than expected really pretty nice, highly recomended. Thanks alot!

It's OK for one night
Pros:

I was not thrilled by this hotel. The check-in took forever, staff didn't speak any english, the room was very small, etc... My russian colleague told me that there is Moscow and there is Russia. This is Russia. He seemed fine with the hotel. So maybe I'm spoiled. Let's just keep it at: I needed to stay one night in Rostov; I did it at Amaks and I slept well.
