Pros:

Стильно та відносно чисто

Cons:

Цікавим здався той факт, що довелось платити близько 500 грн за нове простирадло, оскільки на старе випадково пролили соєвий соус. Аргументували це «збитками за миючі засоби та зусилля прачки».

Дуже шумно, розташування біля основної траси, хоть і всі двері та вікна були закриті, відчуття було що я знаходжуся на проїзній частині).

Отримала приємні враження від тривалого проживання 🤍
Pros:

Атмосфера та інтер'єр чудові та приємні. Майже усі деталі та дрібнички (немає лише зубних щіток і паст для пооовного комплекту) продумані й підготовлені для комфортного проживання. Щодня прибирають у номерах. Дуже клієнтоорієнтований персонал та адміністраторка Світлана. Усе підказали та знайшли, що потрібно було додатково. Вибір та наповнення сніданків — шикарний.

Cons:

Не дуже зручна ванна, щоб приймати душ — треба в конкретному положенні і дуже обережно робити, щоб не залити бризками підлогу

Ужасный отель, который испортил весь отдых!
Заселившись в номер, мы были шокированы его состоянием. Постельное бельё оказалось грязным, на кровати нашли чужие волосы.
Администратор сказала возможно это уборщицы 😂 В номере стоял сильный запах сырости и плесени, а на стенах были видны её следы.
Уборка, похоже, не проводилась вообще — номер грязный и неухоженный. Мы специально бронировали номер с джакузи, но воспользоваться им не смогли, так как горячей воды не было вовсе.
Отдельно хочется отметить отношение персонала. Администратор вела себя грубо и по-хамски, вместо того чтобы помочь решить возникшие проблемы, она говорила а я при чем .
По приезде выяснилось, что в отеле отсутствует электричество, а генератора, который мог бы обеспечить хотя бы минимальный комфорт для гостей, нет. Также светильники обмотанные изолентой , розетка возле входной ванны выпала.
За такие деньги сервис просто недопустимый. Никому не рекомендую этот отель. Если не хотите испортить себе отдых и настроение, выбирайте другое место.
По факту мы выехали на следующий день , деньги обещали вернуть .
