Good communication, staff was very friendly and observant. They even called me to remind me of ordering breakfast. There was free coffee and tea. Checking in and out was easy. With a taxi you're in the center in about 10 minutes.
The room was spacious and clean with good lighting. The bathroom was great, very good waterpressure and hot water. I will come back here if I'm going to visit Kharkiv again.
