Top choice for a fabulous Addis stay!!
Pros:

Perfectly located in a safe Addis neighborhood the Radisson provides 5-star service across the board - brilliant staff, excellent restaurant, the most fabulous breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen, comfortable well appointed rooms with firm beds and great showers. The concierge staff was superb and helped us find tours and rides.
We were thrilled with our three night stay and recommend the Radisson enthusiastically.

Kort zakelijk verblijf nabij centrum met alle faciliteiten binnen handbereik.
Pros:

Het is een prima hotel waar je je snel thuis voelt. Keurige kamers, geen lawaai gehoord. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en in een fijne ambiance. Je kunt er 's avonds ook dineren in het restaurant. Buffet of à la carte. Beide zijn prima opties. Zeer vriendelijke en attente bediening. Dit maakte het echt tot een leuke ervaring. De luchthavenshuttle is heel makkelijk. SNel te regelen, zeer vriendelijke en behulpzaam.

Pros:

We actually stayed here for 4 nights. One night prior to visiting Lalibela and three nights after our return. Very clean room. Comfortable bed and bedding. Great location to visit places of interests and shopping malls. The food was very good. We felt very safe in the hotel as security was excellent. The spa was nice and clean. We had a lovely massage and went back for another. Hiwot at the spa was excellent. Each and every staff member was outstanding. We had an enjoyable stay and had many lattes and croissants at the Tomoca Cafe.

Cons:

I paid a higher price for a Sunday night that was booked on this platform and non refundable whereas my friends who did the same thing on a separate platform paid significantly less.

Good location
Pros:

Location and cleanliness of the room.
Have complementary breakfast after claiming of power cut off.

Cons:

Power was off for more than 5-6 hours in the night, which wasn't expected by a 5 star hotel. Staff didn't take immediate actions to satisfy the guests, as we have an infant with us, who kept crying.
We requested early check-in but the receptionist Staff replied and request additional fees for this service which was not polite. At the end, they allowed us to get the room earlier and thanks for that.
