Pros:

It is great but very expensive compared to the Haile that is much more beautiful, has a swimming pool, waterfall, better food and nicer decoration and more relaxing. The staff is amazing.

Cons:

Very expensive for what it offers. They even charge the airport shuttle.

Brilliant time in Addis staying at the Radisson Blu
Pros:

Fantastic visit. The staff at the Radisson are fantastic- professional, attentive and very friendly. The hotel is in the heart of Addis - located near all the best amenities, businesses and things to do. The rooms are excellent as is the food and service. I couldn’t recommend it more.

Pros:

I was at the hotel for more than a week. To be honest probably the best customer service around, you realise after going to the cafes and restaurants in the city.

Staff were kind, breakfast is lovely. And my biggest flex, ending my trip with no stomach bugs 😂

Wonderfull stay
Pros:

The service was great as usual, from the driver who collected me from the airport, the lady who checked me in and the porters. I checked in at 4am and the staff were still very professional and friendly despite the time of day.

From the airport to the check-in experience, the room amenities, a very comfortable bed, from managers to the line staff, the best hospitality, the friendly atmosphere , every department team, everyone was absolutely amazing with beautiful smiles and full of great energy.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcomed and felt like home always. Our room was so nice and clean, the room design is beautiful. Everything from the room to the way the staff are professional, polite, with superb facilities, great food, and PERFECT service.

Our stay with our family at the Radisson Addis Ababa was full of fun, deeply connected with amazing staff, with the most memorable and truly unforgettable experience.

Every staff in the hotel made our day feel special. They made us feel so welcomed and loved. It's one of the reasons we always come back to the Radisson Blu Addis Ababa for all our visits to Addis.

Each and everyone made our stay feel very special and unforgettable.
