舒適好睡、服務親切，交通也很方便！
Pros:

第一次入住天閣，整體感覺很好！櫃檯人員親切又可愛，房間空間寬敞舒適，床和枕頭也都很好睡。我個人比較喜歡偏軟的枕頭，所以睡得很滿意。

因為不太會操作空調，打電話請櫃檯協助後，houseman 很快就來幫忙，服務效率很好，也很感謝他們的協助。

早餐的種類雖然不算多，但每一道都精緻又美味，是住宿時的小確幸。

飯店離永春站很近，附近也有便利商店和寶雅，生活機能很方便。下次有機會，一定還會再來入住！

住宿地點鄰近捷運站，且週邊各式商店林立，也很方便。
房間乾溼分離，做得不錯，浴缸也很大。

Cons:

1.辦公桌沒有充電孔有些不方便，建議可增加。
2.女性住客一般都需要化妝鏡，浴室的鏡子太遠，希望能增添該設備。
3.浴室與床鋪間僅用窗簾隔開，濕氣應該會太重，且也不太方便。
4.電視現在多數能夠連結youtube等影音軟體，建議可再優化。

Pros:

It was so grateful and wonderful to spend together with my husband in Taipei Xinyi district City. Hotel room quiet and bed is cleaned. The beds are firm typically shorter and smaller compared to Europe bed. But comfortable.
Air conditioning is not cooler enough for the hot weather in mid September.
Friendly and helpful staffs. Convenience location and highly recommended.

Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay! The location was great and made it convenient to get around and explore the area. One unexpected highlight was the shower pressure, which was hands down the best we experienced throughout our entire trip!

床鋪軟硬適中，沙發床的部分也很舒服。美中不足的是沙發床位置在出風口下面，中央空調會往頭直吹。

地點便利，前往信義商圈或捷運站都很方便。附近用餐地點也很多元。近101，能在旅館旁邊直接看到國慶煙火。

Pros:

Nice spacious room. The room has a washing machine, which was great to have. Staff was kind enough to offer drying service for the laundry. Delicious breakfast spread. Close to MRT stop, so it's location is perfect.
