Good size room, clean but needs C type charging point & universal power outlets.

Quiet & clean

Cons:

None of the wireless charging points work in the hotel rooms or in the lounge area. All seem to be disconnected. There are also zero universal power points in the hotel rooms. The water faucet from the ceiling over the bath is also odd & potentially dangerous if someone is sitting in the bath when the hot water or turned on.

terrible experience.

Cons:

when I was successful check in and received the room key, I try to access the room that was assigned by the hotel but saw the room are still occupy and a male wear bathrobe jump out from the bed and looking at me when I standing in front of the door. I was so panic about what was going on and come back to the hotel front desk again, the staff didn‘t provide satisfy explanation and just pass me another room whith same floor.

凌晨五點半火災警報大作，消防隊到場還找不到員工，夜間沒有值班主管，不管火警是真是假，發生這種事情第一時間就應該要做電梯控管以及疏散引導，事後證實虛驚一場後鞥了，員工不說明不解釋，不善後，不提問也不處理，代表公司平時沒有在做教育訓練，真正發生問題時肯定出大事。
