Pros:

The lady who let me in was honest and seemed happy - the first thing she said was hello, and greeted me, but then explained the room key had been stolen so it had to be unlocked and the hot water was off.

Cons:

Hot water broken, carpets dirty, bed linen dirty.

It was cheap and easy to find

Cons:

I woke up covered in bites.
Looks like bed bug bites, however we did not check the mattress to confirm. Considering the condition of the hotel I wouldn’t be surprised.

Think i have said what needed

im not at all happy bearing in mind i had my 2 year old son staying with me, firstly they didn’t know what room i was in and had to make sure it was clean which should have been done before my arrival my room well we’re do I start no heating had to use electric heater the bedsheets were clean but dirty stained tab ash on floor and bathroom the tv remote not the right remote because i thought it was the batteries the shower takes ages to heat up minimal pressure
