❌ Disgraceful Service – Kept £350 From Elderly Parents With Memory IssuesI am absolutely appalled by how this hotel treated my elderly parents, who both suffer from memory issues. They booked a room for £350, but when they needed to cancel, staff explicitly told them they would receive a full refund.That refund never arrived. The hotel has kept their £350 despite their verbal promise. Taking financial advantage of vulnerable, elderly individuals who have cognitive difficulties is deeply unethical. Do not trust this establishment with your money or your loved ones. They lack basic honesty, empathy, and professional customer care.

The bed sheets were dirty and the room had an awful smell. There was damage to the cupboard. The towels were dirty and the shower was filthy. The curtain rail didn’t fit and hang properly.
Id highly recommend people watch their episodes of Four in a Bed before booking this place, it was really disgraceful 😑. And thank the lord I was shown the episode before I book this place for my workers for the next 3 weeks.
Everything £75 for one night burns on the table and outlets no hot water smell off weed room was tiny mold in the shower tryed to get money back twice got same message back twice still no refund walked in was there about 20 minutes to long and walked back out

The hotel is under new management and is far improved. There is now an Indian restaurant which is exceptional and good value for money . The staff are attentive and check in and check out is easy . It's £4.50 in a taxi to the station. At 6 in the morning it's cheap
The TV signal on the room was poor apart from that . I cannot fault it .
Rooms are amazing and the restaurant is amazing for value and top class food and staff are so friendly it's like being at home
