Pros:

It was cheap and easy to find

Cons:

I woke up covered in bites.
Looks like bed bug bites, however we did not check the mattress to confirm. Considering the condition of the hotel I wouldn’t be surprised.

Think i have said what needed

im not at all happy bearing in mind i had my 2 year old son staying with me, firstly they didn’t know what room i was in and had to make sure it was clean which should have been done before my arrival my room well we’re do I start no heating had to use electric heater the bedsheets were clean but dirty stained tab ash on floor and bathroom the tv remote not the right remote because i thought it was the batteries the shower takes ages to heat up minimal pressure

Didn’t get to stay. Horrible service. No communication. Worse experience ever at a hotel in my life.
Pros:

Got stuck on the motorway. Tried fining the hotel for over 3 hours. Got the run around and tried lots of different numbers. Eventually got there 45 mins after 10. There should have been someone on the counter till 12 according to the info I received. No one was there. There was a telephone number on the door which rang though to a dead line. No one answered the ring doorbell.

Cons:

We spent the night sleeping in the car.

- brown residue on the toilet seat
- pink mould on the bathroom taps
- brown stains on the shower wall
- limescale stains and dirt on the bathroom floor and toilet

The manager’s best excuse was “we’ve only had the property a month”. Poor at best. Plenty of time to clean room. The room quite simply had not been cleaned at all, and they found it acceptable to host me there. What a disgrace.

Full refund was issued. I have commenced court action because they refused to compensate my destroyed property (three away my clothes because of the bedbug infestation).

I didn’t spend any time in the room apart from to sleep then I checked straight out won’t be staying there again

Looked ok from outside that’s about it

Cons:

Was told there was breakfast available there isn’t any breakfast at all was told there was a bar that’s not the case either they used to be one but it’s not there now was told there was a restraint but that was also not open there was no staff the place was more
