Un lugar amable y sencillo que cumple con las expectativas
Pros:

El hotel cumple con lo descrito por internet. Es limpio, seguro y está bien localizado. El personal del hotel fue atento y diligente. Lo mejor del hotel es sin duda el desayuno, preparado de forma casera y personalizada.

Cons:

El equipamiento de las habitaciones podría mejorar, pensando principalmente en personas que viajan por trabajo. Eso implicaría incorporar un pequeño escritorio y la iluminación adecuada para ello.
En internet se ofrece servicio de traslado desde el aeropuerto, pero no cumplen ese ofrecimiento.

En general el sitio debe mejorar porque la relacion costo - calidad no se justifica.
Pros:

El desayuno es muy bueno, tiene excelente menú.
El parqueadero, bien espacioso y seguro.

Cons:

El aseo en horas de la noche de las habitaciones, justo cuando uno llega a descansar.

Pésima experiencia
Pros:

El personal es atento y servicial. Su disposición a servir es lo único rescatable.

Cons:

La habitación no estuvo lista sino hasta las 15:30 horas, pasadas. La habitación tenía aseo deficiente (empaques de medicamentos bajo las camas). La habitación 201 no permite descansar en lo más mínimo porque debajo de ella está el parqueadero que suena estrepitosamente cuando pasan los vehículos y en la noche hay mucho servicio de parqueadero en este hotel. La cocina no dispone de nungún utencilio básico (ni un solo plato, nada, abosolutamente nada), de modo que no puede usarse en caso de necesidad. Usted no podrá llevar un desayuno a la habitación (aunque haya bebés) y si se lo admiten le advierten que no está permitido y que por tanto debe regresar de inmediato los platos. La experiencia es pésima.

El personal muy amable, el desayuno estuvo muy rico, la señora del aseo fue muy amable y la de la cocina, el hotel en particular es muy comodo y muy aseado, la chica de recepcion me ayudo con una ubicacion y fue muy amable a la entrega de habitacion

The enough space in the apartment

Cons:

I had to move sooner from Bogotá so I changed the date of my reservation, I did it here on the app first then I went with the hotel administrator and they were saying "We cannot change the date and booking will make the whole charge automatically even if you move sooner". Basically they were trying to take my money but finally they ended up changing the dates.

Not as expected and advertized.
Pros:

We, 2 people, stayed in a Junior suite - 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a kitchen. According to the description, the kitchen should have utensils, plates, pans and pots but had none of that. After some arguments the receptionist brought an aluminium teapot and a few plates and cups. The same receptionist refused to give us a second key though we insisted that we do need one. We were given a second key on the next day. It is one of those plastic programmable keys so I do not see why it was so hard to get a second one. Further, a free breakfast is included but in our first morning we found a row of clean pots with no food to be seen around. We were told we should order and they would cook it. They have no menu and you are supposed to order what comes to mind and hope they can bring it. This was not explained at reception. The personnel speaks only Spanish so this is a problem when there is no menu and your Spanish is limited.We ordered 2 omelettes and some fruit and coffee.The fruit was a tiny quantity, the omelette was ok.We did not go for breakfast in the next days as we found it inconvenient.Also, the hotel has no heating or AC and the nights were cold. Eventually I got sick. The neighborhood is walkable but not tourist friendly, it was hard to find an open restaurant on Sunday evening when we arrived. The hotel would cook dinner for you for unknown price if you tell them 4 hours in advance. I would not stay there and do not recommend it for someone with limited Spanish.

Pros:

The location was in a nice subburb. There were two seperate rooms. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The noise. It was on a busy street with no sound insulation.
I asked via booking to organise transport which was on the site as an option and I never heard back from them.
