Pros:

Замечательное место: расположение (исторический центр, набережная Невы), внутренний обширный дворик с удобными диванчиками, отзывчивый персонал, чистота в номерах.

Leider eher mangelhaft......
Pros:

Ja, eigentlich wollten wir in einem anderen Hotel wohnen, aber das wurde 4 Tag vor Abflug gecancelt, also eine Notlösung..... Relativ gute Lage, laut war es auch nicht und unser Zimmer war sehr groß...... Das war es auch schon mit den guten Nachrichten! Das Personal sollte mal einen Kurs in Freundlichkeit nehmen und Lächeln lernen, nur die Putzfrau war freundlich und nett. Der Fernseher ging nicht, Internet ging nicht, dafür wackelte das Waschbecken und in der Wanne stand immer Wasser, aber nichts desto trotz haben wir gut geschlafen, sogar mit offenem Fenster, denn die gingen in den ganz netten Innenhof.

Wifi gratuito mas não funciona dentro dos quartos (free wifi but does not work inside the rooms
TV antiga e com péssimo sinal (TV very ild and a very poor signal)
Sem restaurante (no restaurant).
Quartos grandes e confortáveis (big and confortable rooms)
