В целом все понравилось, чисто, вежливый персонал, но после прежних жильцов нашли в прикроватной тумбе новогодний подарок в виде чая и печенек).

i loved the location and close proximity to restaurants, shopping and tourist attractions. the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful every time, especially anna and anastasia. there is always someone at the front desk to answer questions, and it was easy to check in and out. the cleaning staff cleans your room every day, and makes things tidy. minor gripe: rooms are a long walk from the front desk and there is no elevator. medium gripe: i asked for a non-smoking room and got one, but smoke always seeped into my room from the hallway or outside (or perhaps the ventilation shaft connecting other rooms). major gripe: there are no screens on the room windows, so every night i was the mosquito buffet, and you can't open windows for fresh air.

Необычный отель, интересный. Но из него можно сделать еще более интересный вариант. Хотя, наверное он будет стоить тогда в десять раз дороже (
Номер одноместный стандарт понравился больше, чем комфорт. Там пахло старостью и пылью. И деревянные рамы, которые вот вот развалится. В ванной запах гнали.

Отель и персонал заслуживают всяческих позвал!

직원 친절도나 숙소가 저렴한 편이였는데 룸컨디션은 괜찮았고 아쉬웠던건 샴푸와 바디워시 없이 세면대 솝으로 대체했던 점이 있네요

Hotelli on melko kaukana lähimmästä metro asemasta, mutta sitten, kun löydät paikalle, niin tilanne muuttuu paljon paremmaksi. Hotelli on yksinkertaisen siisti. Sisäpiha kaunis ja huone tilava ja suihku toimiva. Hotellin läheisyydessä on tosi hyviä erikoisia ruokapaikkoja esim. bulgaarilainen ravintola. Kokonaisuudessaan mielyttävä kokemus.

Sehr gute Lage, nette Service, gemütliche Zimmer und neue Sanitäranlagen im Bad.

Excellent location in the center of the old city around 10min walking distance from the metro station ‚Sennaya Ploshchad‘.
The quality of the rooms was ok for the price and taking in account the excellent central location.
I would use it again!

ホテルではなく、ホステルという感じ。暮らすように滞在する気持ちになれば快適かも。ウォーターサーバが隣の建物にあるので、不便。アメニティは備え付けのボディシャンプーのみ。スタッフはみな親切。タクシーは、安いタクシーをアプリで呼んでくれるので、空港はもちろん街中へのアクセスにも便利。マリンスキー 劇場から徒歩5分なので、遅く終わっても安心。

Die Unterkunft war eine Katastrophe.
In dem Zimmer meiner Oma war nicht nur der Fußboden pitschnass sondern auch die Matratze des Bettes.
In meinem Zimmer war die Badewanne mehr als versifft.
Meine Oma konnte ein anderes Zimmer beziehen, meine Badewanne wurde trotz Aufforderung und Zusicherung nicht gereinigt.

Hotel is small, but building is old with lots of History.
It is located 5 minutes from Mariinsky Theater, in case you like Ballet performances you will be in the best location.
Hotel staff are very kind and helpful.
I will be staying there with no doubt.

Hotelli kauniilla paikalla Gribojedov-kanavan varrella komeassa rakennuksessa, jonka käytävissä saattoi aistia vanhan Venäjän tunnelmaa. Tilavat siistit huoneet ja hiljainen ympäristö. Aivan hotellin vieressä sijaitsee mainio 1900- ja 2000-luvun taiteen museo. Hotelli on nimetty kanavan ylittävän Leijona-sillan mukaan. Käytännön asiana: Hissiä ei ole ja lähimmältä metroasemalta Sennaja-aukiolta on melko pitkä kävelymatka.

Отличный отель,хочу написать благодарность персоналу Александру,Артуру и хозяйке кафе.
Подсказали лучшие кафе и рестораны,исторические места,все показали на карте,помогли с вещами и посадили в такси,накормили фермерскими продуктами.
Пребывание в отеле поднимает настроение:красивое историческое здание,рядом Мариинка,сразу попала с самолета в театр,красивая посуда и антиквариат,чистота и хорошая ванная комната со всеми необходимыми принадлежностями .
Не хватило,отсутствие питьевой воды в отеле,чайника и розетки рядом с письменным столом.

Hotel ist gut, Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Nachteil kein Aufzug, aber ansonsten sauber und Freundliches Personal, Von der Lage her gut nur 15 Minuten zur Metro, Admiralität 20 Minuten, Marinsky Theater gleich um zwei Straßenecken, Metro Sadoya hat mehrere Metrolininien und gute Verbindungen. Auch schöne stelle zum Einkaufen, Kleinere Einkaufsläden Cafees und Bäckereien und Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung 5 Minuten zu Fuß,
Zimmer hat Wasserkocher mit Tassen und einen funktionierenden Kühlschrank

Who rates these hotels? Mattress so uncomfortable with springs in your back. Clean enough but not a comfortable hotel. I liked the antique lights and clock in the hall as you enter. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Arrivée de nuit (bien que prévenu à l'avance) un peu difficile, la personne à l'accueil ne parlait que le Russe (merci google traduction ....), pas de transport depuis l'aéroport malgré ma demande (je n'ai pas obtenu de réponse au mél). Accès aux chambres peu engageant, peu ou pas entretenu. Chambre correcte et personnel aimable et disponible.
