Serviço poderia melhorar. Atendimento na recepção é execelente, mas o serviço geral precisa de um ajuste. Após a limpeza não foram repostos os copos do quarto, o atendimento no café é lento (a louça acumula na mesa até você se levantar).

Não vale a pena. Custo alto, conforto e limpeza ruins.

Limpeza deixa muito a desejar, travesseiros com mal cheiro, cheiro de mofo nos corredores, cama desconfortável, café da manhã até com boa variedade mas com qualidade instável, mesmas coisas alguns dias muito e em outros incomível.

Quarto com pouco isolamento acustico e o barulho da rua incomodava.
A wifi tinha q logar toda hora, fazia o login. Era ficar fora da net por 30 minutos e tinha q logar de novo, ou seja. Desisti de usar a wifi e usei a internet do meu celular mesmo

La tres desagreable surprise de devoir régler une note exhorbitante de frais de mini bar sans avoir reussi, au moment de la facturation, à obtenir le detail du prix et du nombre des consommations.
Le total à régler nous a été demandé avant que nous ayons eu le temps de dire ce que nous avions consommé. Comme si un agent avait foncé dans la chambre des que nous rendions les clés, et avait fait un inventaire puis qu´il l´avait transmis à la réception : record du monde !
Mieux, après avoir dit ce que nous avions consommé dans le mini bar, l´agent nous a demandé si nous avions aussi pris les petits chocolats à disposition dans les assiettes pres des verres ...
Bref, nous avons eu la sensation d´avoir du payer tout ce que contenait le minibar. Le temps nous a manqué pour contester l´opération.
Nous sommes aussi mécontents de ne pas avoir été prévenus qu´il y avait une facturation particulière : pas de prix affichés dans la chambre et pas d´infos.
Peut être maîtrisons nous mal les pratiques de cette chaîne d´hôtels et que nous n´avons qu´à nous en prendre qu´à nous mêmes. Il n´en reste pas moins que le malaise de cette expérience est très fort.
