El desayuno muy abundante. La diversión en el hotel es plena. La calidad humana del personal que te atiende ex excelente. Las instalaciones impecables. El lugar y ubicación es privilegiado.
Quizás podrían varían un poco más el menú solo para poder hacer una estadía de más días.
Breakfast and dinner were very good. Pool has perfect temperature, and a shadow area.
They brought us to an external restaurant for dinner.
SPA area is big and really nice
Internal restaurant has limited menu. Outdoor games need renewal.

Excelente estadía. Muy buen servicio, todo el personal muy amable. Muy buena comida, variada y de excelente nivel, sobre todo cena y almuerzo. Hermosas piletas y circuito hidrico. También usamos sauna húmedo y seco. La habitación Muy comoda. Muy bien ubicado.
Los shows y actividades de la pizarra anunciada cada dia solo se realizan los fines de semana. En la semana calculo que por poca cantidad de huéspedes cancelan las actividades. Podrían mejorar la calidad de cerveza y vino incluido o quizás tener variedad.

Excelente lugar, el personal muy atento , la ubicación, todavía estos preguntando por qué no tiene mas estrellas.
El desayuno muy bueno, variedad suficiente. La ubicación es ideal, a media cuadra de la plaza principal, restaurantes, centros comerciales. Excelente todo. Llegamos a la noche y nos recibieron de maravillas, cenamos con shows todas las noches. El día domingo al mediodía tuvimos show folclórico y asado de menú. Espectacular. La atención y cordialidad de su personal fue maravillosa. El gerente una persona excepcional. Tuvimos un inconveniente con nuestro vehículo y se puso a disposición al instante. Increíbles los días que pasamos en el hotel. Volveremos sin dudar. Lo recomiendo 100%. Gracias Hotel Platino !!
Si tengo que opinar algo....,se apuran mucho en retirar las mesas,en cada comida, pero de ahi todo hermoso!!!!
La animación del hotel es increíble, el personal muy amable, la comida está buenísima, el check in es a las 13 y está incluido el almuerzo en el hotel
