Pros:

Café da manhã continental bom. Minha filha não estava se sentindo bem e disponibilizaram os alimentos para eu levar no quarto. Alexia e netflix disponível (eu tinha conta). Chuveiro muito bom. Cama e travesseiros bastante confortáveis. Apesar do quarto estar em um andar superior (de escada), os funcionários se prontificaram a levar as malas. Localização boa.

Andar superior de escada. E o local do café da manhã também era de escada (fiquei no segundo andar e o café da manhã era no terceiro). Como estava muito calor, não havia um ventilador.

Das Checking mit den Frauen war sehr freundlich und kompetent.
Beim Frühstück war die Auswahl und die Qualität gut. Die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt.

Cons:

Der Office Service der Herren war mangelhaft und unfreundlich. (Die Eingangstüre war verschlossen und sie spielten irgendwo.)

Ab der zweiten Nacht ist der Zimmerservice einfach ganz ausgefallen.

Boutique heisst da wohl das Zimmer ist sehr preisgünstig gebaut und ausgestattet, dafür mir viel elektronischem Schnickschnack.

Der Swimmingpool war abgesperrt dafür ein gab es ein kleines Jaccuzi. Der Dachbereich war sehr einfach (z.B. 2 Liegestühle.) gestaltet.

Die Verrechnung erfolgte Wochen im voraus, meine Kreditkarte wurde deshalb x-mal gesperrt. Und immer wurde vom Hotel mit Stornierung gedroht.

Un bon choix pour un emplacement calme et bien situé
Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment adorable. Tout le monde est au petit soin. Mention spéciale pour les dames du déjeuner le matin.
L'emplacement est ideal et c'est calme.

Cons:

Notre chambre etait dans un couloir donc pas de fenetre sur l'extérieur car on etait dans directement dans la cour. Comme il a plu c'etait moins plaisant de rester dans la chambre.

Valeu pela localização e pela gentileza do staff. Faltaram cuidados simples para dar mais conforto aos hóspedes.

Localização muito boa. Fácil deslocamento a pé dentro da cidade amuralhada.

Cons:

Portas dos armários e do banheiro com defeito, péssimo isolamento acústico com barulhos da rua incomodando alta madrugada, café da manhã de mediano pra baixo.

Struttura pulitissima e posizione molto centrale.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di utilizzare luci, aria condizionata e TV tramite la domotica. Molto carina anche la terrazza utilizzata per colazioni, pranzi e cene.

Pros:

Súper cómoda la habitación. La cama muy cómoda y la ducha excelente. Es todo súper moderno y práctico. Muy limpio. La atención es muy buena y el desayuno está bien. La ubicación es bárbara, vas a todos lados caminado incluso al castillo. Volvería!

Hotel aconchegante
Pros:

Hotel maravilhoso, quarto muito bom, grande, e o meu possuía até uma mini cozinha com uma salinha. Equipamentos integrados com a Alexa. O Hotel fica bem no centro da cidade murada, perto de todos os pontos turísticos, e há muito comércio em volta (o que é tanto um ponto positivo como negativo) e restaurantes. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com cardápio, e vc escolhe se quer comer no quarto ou no terraço.

Cons:

O entorno, por contar com muitos restaurantes e lojas, pode ter um barulho incomodo em algum momento (mas isso devido ao fato de meu quarto ficar virado para a rua).
