They gave us nice recommendation about restaurants and places to visit.
The handyman was super helpful to fix our luggage as we arrived with a broken wheel.

Jugo de cortesía, debería ser a elección, en nuestro caso fue un jugo de panela el cual no nos gustó, quizás porque no estamos adaptados. Igual se agradece
Me encantó las habitaciones, tenían Alexa para controlar todo, las luces el aire,etc la vrd muy bueno. El desayuno fue lo mejor también tenían muchas opciones y todas muy ricas
El último día se olvidaron de poner papel higiénico y tuve que pedir en recepción pero lo solucionarían rápido
Hotel dentro da cidade amuralhada e bem próximo aos principais pontos turísticos. Dá pra fazer quase tudo a pé. No café da manhã eles te dão a opção de escolher uma refeição, com suco e bebida quente. Se quiser mais, tem que pagar o extra. Solicitei limpeza do quarto todos os dias e deu tudo certo. No geral, achei um bom custo-benefício.

Me gusta mucho que no se sienta como un hotel tradicional, más parecido a un apart, tranquilo y con todos los servicios.
El desayuno muy bueno, que puedas elegir el tipo de desayuno( había 4 opciones) y la hora en que lo vas a tomar esta muy bien.
La ducha que desborda hacia el resto del baño, pero no quita todo lo bueno que tiene el hotel

A localizacão, apesar de bem central , o local quando o comércio está fechado, me pareceu um pouco perigoso.
O café da manhã é muito simples, poderia ter pelo menos algumas frutas.

Good location, good value for money if you go for the half board option. Could certainly recommend Eredis's cooking, we had some of the best food there. The hotel is modern.
Maybe our room was next to the speaker, but the ongoing chill out music from early morning until quite late at night was a bit much (especially as we were jet lagged and still adjusting to the time zone)

Café da manhã foi bom, razoavel, nada acima de expectativas, mas tambem não tenho reclamações. Quarto era muito bom, moderno, mas não possuia janelas, apenas diretamente para o corredor onde outros hospedes passam, tornando impossivel deixar até a cortina aberta. Banheiro e chuveiro excelentes!
Esta razoavelmente bem localizado, mas a noite, dependendo por que lado voce seguir para chegar nos restaurantes que ficam proximos, voce passa por ruas bem isoladas, que te passam uma certa insegurança.

The floor to room was dirty, the shower wouldn't drain quickly enough and shower door wouldn't shut so risked floor getting flooded. Room pretty dated but comfortable. The rooftop jacuzzi was very dated, paint was peeling off from inside and it looked unsavoury. More like a 3 star.
