Atendimento. Quarto maravilhoso. Café da manhã bom. Perto do centro. Fomos a pé

Cons:

Pra quem se hospedar em 3 pessoas. Não achei a bicama confortável.

El personal de recepción fue muy amable. La cama estaba cómoda.

No había ascensor y la habitación era en el 3er piso. Si uno tiene alguna lesión o viaja con alguien mayor debe saber que no hay ascensor. Las personas que sirven el desayuno se estresan cuando hay mucha gente. Los muebles como el closet y escritorio estaban viejos.

Considerare questo hotel **** mi sembra eccessivo
Porta del bagno che non si chiudeva totalmente, ed alcuni mobili rovinati.
Qualità del cibo da migliorare
Jacuzzi molto piccola
Consiglierei di aggiungere dei ventilatori in terrazza, per allietare gli ospiti durante i pasti e combattere l'afa di cartagena.

Location très proche au centre-ville, le staff très agréable, flexibilité pour changer les options du petit-déjeuner

Cons:

Nous étions à 3 dans une chambre, le lit simple était petit pour moi (+185cm), monter par escalier - attention si vous voyagez avec une personne âgée

El servicio y atención al cliente son increíbles! El personal muy agradable. Las habitaciones tienen alexa incorporada. El check-in /out es muy flexible en horario. Recepcion 24h. Variedades de desayuno a la carta y con posibilidad de en la habitación. Muy buena localización, muy cerca del centro pero no en todo el cogollo

I believe that the hotel is worth the money.
Pros:

The thing I like about the property was that is located inside the old city of Cartagena. It had a great staff that can speak some English for those that are not fluent in Spanish.

Cons:

The property has no windows that faces the street. It only faces the atrium only.
