Very nice location for city break.
Please note reception is located on 4th floor.

Clean, perfect location a few steps from Nevsky, restos, bars, boutiques and metro station, respectful and professional staff. Be aware, there is no elevator !! (4th floor). Tho they will bring all your bags to your room on arrival and departure. If you stay for a long period, the breakfast (always the same) could be boring.

The location was great. The rooms are located on 5th floor, no elevator, but easy staircase. We didn’t have to take up and down our luggage, it was taken care of by very friendly personnel. We would stay again here.

Location,location,location! I had a short trip to Saint-P and my hotel choice was just right! Very friendly and helpful staff. Security helps to lift your suitcase up and to bring it downstairs . Fresh and warm croissants for breakfast and extemely comfortable bed. Looking forward to comeback with my husband to explore the city again and will definitely choose a.Boutique again ❤️

What a lovely stay! Amazing location, cosy and clean rooms, helpful staff. The place is right on the Nevsky prospekt and it’s very close to the main attractions. But I want to complain.. the bed was too comfortable 🙂

This is the first negative review I give on Expedia but I thought it is important to let potential customers know of what they should expect in this hotel. The hotel is facing a very busy street so be prepared to have deafening noise for the whole day/night. Also, if you come in the summer, the rooms are terribly hot - even with the windows open. It’s impossible to have quality sleep when the temperature inside the room is som 28C. The breakfast is very, very basic, and the shell of the boiled eggs wasn’t even properly cleaned (it still had faeces in it - which suggests they were boiled just like that). There’s no lift too, and the whole decor is very poor. If you are looking for somewhere cheap where to stay, with a very basic offering, then you’ll probably be ok with this.

The hotel is located close to the main city attractions. The street address refers to a long building with many entrances; look for the door past the arch. The room was good enough, the breakfast modest but reasonable. No phone in the room - use your own. The only problem arose when due to some mix-up (through my fault), Expedia tried to contact them. This is definitely a situation to avoid. Besides, it is cheaper to book from the hotel directly

Extremely good value for money.. Yes it may be five flights of stairs but the hotel is very quaint but definitely no oil painting from the outside and was a bit hard to find.

Good service and very friendly even considering the English / Russian language barrier
The place is right off the main shopping street for tourists and is close to the river tours and Faberge museum.

Even though it is five flights of stairs and no lift they carry all your bags up and down for you without question. They were also very helpful hen our Taxi booking failed to pick us up for our transfer and made a booking for us that the followed up when it was slow arriving.

Well...I wouldn't call this hotel a boutique hotel. They occupy a couple of floors in an apartment building. 4th and 5th I think. No elevator. Keep it in mind if you have luggage. My room was right next to receptionist desk and to breakfast room. Imagine how much privacy I got! Carpet in my room was so stinky, it was unpleasant to actually be there. Bathroom stunk even worse and had a lot of flies.

The room was ok. A guy employed by the hotel helped us carrying the luggage. So it was no problem that they don't have an elevator. The breakfast until 11 AM was also ok. It was even possible to eat a little bit longer. The location of the hotel is very good. 3 minutes to Nevskiy Prospekt.

A delightful independent hotel right in the heart of the St. Petersburg tourist zone. Room was comfy if a bit small, e.g., too little space for luggage or (in the bathroom) for toiletries. However, the biggest complaint was that the rooms are 5 flights up, with no elevator to ease the burden. That's the kind of info that Hotels.com should include in its description of the property, not something that is only available to those who take the time to read thru all the reviews.

Excellent séjour, recommandé ! Les 4 étages sans ascenseur sont vite oublié lorsque l'on découvre les chambres : belle décoration, grand charme... et très très bon petit déjeuner!

中心街にあり、周りにはいろんな施設があり便利なところでした。
部屋の設備や広さは気にしませんが、トイレが部屋の中にないのはかなり不便。

Проживали трое суток в феврале 2017. Место расположение отеля великолепное (угол Садовой и Невского). Все главные достопримечательности (если в этом городе есть не главные) в шаговой доступности как и указано на страничке отеля. Музеи, театры, магазины, кафе, рестораны все рядом и не в считанном количестве. Отель расположен на последних этажах (4 и 5) старого здания без лифта. номер в стиле "лофт" на любителя, хотя все чистое, свежее. Завтрак однообразный но на 2-3 дня вполне приемлемо, чай кофе круглосуточно. Санузел чистый новый, но холодный. В одну из ночей ложно сработала пожарная сигнализация дежурный персонал долго не мог выключить, однако это говорит о том что она есть и работает. Хороший отель для тех кто не обращает внимание на мелочи.

We stayed in A Butique Hotel for 4 days in October. I booked it on Booking.com - big semi-lux with nice furniture and ambience. I took into account photos of this suite on Booking. But when I opened a door I was shocked. Dark room without sofa (it was on that photo on the site), strange configuration and decor. I asked about this on reception but she told that there are not another suite. Very disappointed.
It is overpriced! No light on window because of yard-well with very tight and close walls.
The stuff is not professional. It looks like some students, pensioners and migrants were hired. What I asked for extension cable (there is no plug near bed) a receptionist very quickly said "NO!!". Why not? I just wanted to plug in my laptop.
Breakfasts are acceptable. And Wi-Fi for free. Location is good enough as well.
I cannot recommend it for couples and for families (4-5 floors without elevator). This hotel is good for short economy trips and students only.
