Important information:

Price does not include a 10% service charge. According to Peruvian legislation, people domiciled in Peru will be subject to payment of 18% Sales Tax (IGV) at Check-In time at our Hotels.

A valid identity document must be presented at the time of registration. This property does not admit the entry of children under 18 without the company of their parents, guardian or guardian duly accredited, in accordance with Law No. 30802. All children under 18 years of age must have an DNI or passport to be identified.

In accordance with Peru's fiscal regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying over 59 days in Peru) are required to pay 18% sales tax. To be exempt from paying the 18% sales tax, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and of their passport.

It is necessary to present both documents in order to qualify for sales tax payment exemption. Otherwise, guests will have to pay the indicated tax. This tax is applicable in the case of rooms shared by guests who have to pay the sales tax and guests exempt from paying the sales tax.

Foreign business guests who request a printed invoice are also required to pay 18% sales tax, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation.

En El check in hubo un personal q al recibirnos no tuvo un trato amable , además nos hizo llenar la hoja de ingreso y luego está en su relevo supongo con su compañero la perdieron y nos hizo llenar de nuevo ; además de no darnos alguna facilidad de ingresar previo al check in aunque le comentamos q queríamos pagar antes

Amazing stay with outstanding service—Moisés made it unforgettable.
Pros:

Excellent location in Miraflores, close to everything. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable, with great amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff truly made the difference—especially Moisés, who is by far the best employee at the hotel. His attention, kindness, and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of.

Honestly, everything was very good. No major issues during our stay.

Cons:

Hotel is a bit tired and nowhere near the levels of other 4 star hotels we stayed at in Peru for the same price.
Two of the bathrooms in our 6 rooms were not as clean as we would have liked (toilet seat stains).
An ok stay, but you can certainly find better options.

Oh…and changing 8 Soles for water in the room rather than providing complimentary bottles is so cheap at a supposed 4 star hotel.
