Important information:

Price does not include a 10% service charge. According to Peruvian legislation, people domiciled in Peru will be subject to payment of 18% Sales Tax (IGV) at Check-In time at our Hotels.

A valid identity document must be presented at the time of registration. This property does not admit the entry of children under 18 without the company of their parents, guardian or guardian duly accredited, in accordance with Law No. 30802. All children under 18 years of age must have an DNI or passport to be identified.

In accordance with Peru's fiscal regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying over 59 days in Peru) are required to pay 18% sales tax. To be exempt from paying the 18% sales tax, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and of their passport.

It is necessary to present both documents in order to qualify for sales tax payment exemption. Otherwise, guests will have to pay the indicated tax. This tax is applicable in the case of rooms shared by guests who have to pay the sales tax and guests exempt from paying the sales tax.

Foreign business guests who request a printed invoice are also required to pay 18% sales tax, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This tax is not automatically included in the total amount of the reservation.

Strategic location
Pros:

Location: good, lot of cafes, restaurants, shops, amenities around. Easy 20 minutes walk to the sea.
Room: spacious, although the bathroom could be a bit bigger, though not an issue. Plainly decorated.
Bed: firm mattress.
Gym: not big but has equipments that can be used for full body training. It also has treadmills of course.
Breakfast: enough protein, eggs, plain yoghurt, some meat too.
Massages: very relaxing professional massage at the top floor.
I had room service too. Quite fast and pretty tasty. Burger and chicken sandwich. Both recommended.

Cons:

Paper walls. If you are unlucky, your next room neighbour will bother you. Even a bit of elevated discussion is like you are part of it.

Muy recomendable.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable. Tiene un excelente desayuno. El personal MUY amable, siempre atentos y sonrientes. Relación calidad-precio: 10/10. Antes me alojaba en el Courtyard que queda al lado; decidí probar el Casa Andina ante el incremento de costos del Courtyard.

Cons:

Mi habitación no tenía buena vista, pero realmente No me importa.

Pros:

Miraflores is one of best areas to stay in Lima. There are lots of restaurants, bars and nightlife within very close walking distance. Ubers are easy to get here.

Cons:

It's about a 20 minute walk to the Malacon. (Beach/cliffs)

Toda la instalación del hotel muy bueno . Todo el personal muy amable , especialmente Francisco del comedor . Muy atento con mi pequeña Niña cuando necesitábamos ayuda. Fuimos a pasar una noche nomás y terminamos quedándonos 3 días
