A relaxing stay but as a new hotel there arefew things that need work.
Pros:

The food/drink, staff, kids club and spa were all great!

Cons:

The room we had was so small, definitely not for a family of 3 and didn’t feel like 5 star. Other guest were also complaining about room size when we arrived. Our balcony directly looked into another room - poor design. Evening entertainment was not great and had cancellation last minute. There were wasps all around the bar area. You also had to wait a long time for drinks.

Pros:

Bel hotel propre, confortable, personnel souriant et serviable.
Top pour les enfants; kids club, toboggans pour tous les âges, buffet, massage 20min chocolat, excursions possibles…
Un trompettiste est venu en fin d’après-midi autour de la piscine. Bons cocktails inclus pour un all-inclusive. Le buffet est correct et varié.

Cons:

Café et jus du matin pas bons alors que nous sommes en Grèce.

המקום מדהים משופץ וחדש הכול בו מעולה מהצוות האדיב שהיה נכון לעזור בהכול ועד לאוכל ולמשקאות מסביב לשעון שמתאים להכול כלול
באוכל יש מגוון מרובה ככה שגם מי ששומר כשרות כמונו ולא אוכל בשר בחול יכול למצוא מה לאכול
הצוות היה מעולה והיה נכון לעזור הייתה לנו בעיה עם החדר כיוון שהוא היה בבניין ללא מעלית ולאבא שלי הייתה בעיה לעלות את המדרגות בגלל בעיה רפואית, הצוות והמנהל עשה כל מה שאפשר כדי להציע פתרון ובסוף שידרגו אותנו לחדר טוב יותר כיוון שזה היה החדר היחיד שפנוי והכול כדי לעזור לנו ולאפשר שהייה נוחה וטובה ככל האפשר.

המיקום קצת רחוק מהמרכז, מי שמגיע למלון הזה רק כדי להנות ממלון הכול כלול ומכל השירותים שבו זה מעולה ומספיק אבל מי שרוצה מלון הכול כלול ולשלב עם זה טיולים במרכז העיר זה די רחוק ונדרשת מונית או השכרת רכב

Rooms are great.
Pool and water park are great for kids and adults.
Great food, the all inclusive is super great.
The kids have 4 workers who stay with them and make activities.
Every day they have something to make and dancing in the evening .
