Pros:

Great staff, great facilities, the kids enjoyed the water slides and we enjoyed the main pool. Great food at the pool.

- the food is amazing / they take into consideration food that’s suitable for children
- the staff are nice especially the staff in the dinning room and the kids club
- good size aqua park suitable for all ages

Cons:

- the cleanliness of the rooms .. unfortunately they don’t clean the floors in the room and also the hallway leading to the rooms in the second floor it was very dirty
- the water pressure in the shower - it’s not strong enough
- the refrigerator is not strong enough for cooling- it stays warmish ..

השהות שלנו במלון הייתה פשוט יוצאת מן הכלל. חוויית הכל כלול מתוכננת ומבוצעת ברמה גבוהה מאוד. הופתענו לטובה כשקיבלנו חדר יפהפה עם בריכה פרטית, מה שהפך את החופשה שלנו למיוחדת עוד יותר ונתן לנו בדיוק את השקט והרוגע שחיפשנו.

החוויה הקולינרית הייתה נהדרת, עם מגוון רחב של מנות טריות וטעימות לאורך כל השהות. אך מעל הכול, מה שבאמת בלט היה השירות המדהים. כל אנשי הצוות היו אדיבים, מקצועיים וקשובים, וגרמו לנו להרגיש רצויים ונינוחים בכל רגע.

עזבנו עם זיכרונות נפלאים ואין ספק שנמליץ על המלון לכל מי שמחפש חופשה איכותית, מפנקת ורגועה.

לקחנו חדר עם ג׳קוזי הג׳קוזי לא עבד פנינו לצוות כמה פעמים וכל פעם אמרו לנו שיבואו לתקן ולא תיקנו ולא היו מוכנים להחליף לנו חדר ככה במשך 4 ימים

A relaxing stay but as a new hotel there arefew things that need work.
Pros:

The food/drink, staff, kids club and spa were all great!

Cons:

The room we had was so small, definitely not for a family of 3 and didn’t feel like 5 star. Other guest were also complaining about room size when we arrived. Our balcony directly looked into another room - poor design. Evening entertainment was not great and had cancellation last minute. There were wasps all around the bar area. You also had to wait a long time for drinks.
