Pros:

מלון מדהים ביופיו, שירות מצוין מהקבלה, חדר אוכל, שירות החדרים והניקיון.
המלון היה בתפוסה גבוהה ובכל זאת לא הרגשנו עומס במלון.
חדר האוכל מציע מגוון שנותן מענה גם למי שלא אוכל בשר. בנוסף יש בר ליד כל בריכה מציע משקאות ומזון.
החדרים נקיים ומרווחים.

Cons:

הספא היה גרוע, המסאז' שעשינו ע"י 2 מעסות היה ממש לא מקצועי ומאוד חובבני, נוסף לזה המחיר גבוה מאוד ולא מצדיק את הרמה הנמוכה של העיסוי.

Wonderful 10 days in Greece
Pros:

The food was exceptional, a lot of different things to try everyday. The staff was so helpful, I got sick after we arrived and the doctor at the hotel was very helpful and made things so easy for us. The kids club was so fun and our family had a blast.
Will be coming again next year!

Cons:

Guests staying above us were loud and partying into the night. But the staff was very helpful and dealt with the situation quickly. They also offered for us to switch rooms to be farther away incase those guests would misbehave again.

Sehr hellhörig. Man hörte absolut jeden Schritt des Zimmers darüber. Besonders nachts und froh extrem nervig

Bardzo miła i uprzejma obsługa, drink bar na wysokim poziomie. Obsługa na basenie przynosi napoje z baru. Drugi basen ze zjeżdżalniami idealny pod dzieci. Delikatna i cicha muzyka na basenie. Kids klub bardzo fajna obsługa.

Pros:

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. A big thank you goes to the hotel manager, who arranged a different room for us that was closer to the first one. Rooms were practically furnished and very clean. Children were thrilled with the small water park. The hotel has a small beach across the road, where traffic is light. Food in the restaurant is excellent. We would love to come back for a holiday.

צוות המלון היה מקסים ושירותי ברמות! המסעדת לה קרטה מדהימה היוונית, וההופעות בערב והמבחר שתייה בבר בריכה. כמובן גם הבריכה מקסימה ונוחה לילדים וגם המועדון ילדים והפארק מים מהממים

- the food is amazing / they take into consideration food that’s suitable for children
- the staff are nice especially the staff in the dinning room and the kids club
- good size aqua park suitable for all ages

Cons:

- the cleanliness of the rooms .. unfortunately they don’t clean the floors in the room and also the hallway leading to the rooms in the second floor it was very dirty
- the water pressure in the shower - it’s not strong enough
- the refrigerator is not strong enough for cooling- it stays warmish ..

השהות שלנו במלון הייתה פשוט יוצאת מן הכלל. חוויית הכל כלול מתוכננת ומבוצעת ברמה גבוהה מאוד. הופתענו לטובה כשקיבלנו חדר יפהפה עם בריכה פרטית, מה שהפך את החופשה שלנו למיוחדת עוד יותר ונתן לנו בדיוק את השקט והרוגע שחיפשנו.

החוויה הקולינרית הייתה נהדרת, עם מגוון רחב של מנות טריות וטעימות לאורך כל השהות. אך מעל הכול, מה שבאמת בלט היה השירות המדהים. כל אנשי הצוות היו אדיבים, מקצועיים וקשובים, וגרמו לנו להרגיש רצויים ונינוחים בכל רגע.

עזבנו עם זיכרונות נפלאים ואין ספק שנמליץ על המלון לכל מי שמחפש חופשה איכותית, מפנקת ורגועה.
