Unbelievable.
Pros:

First time in Krakow and it was an unbelievable beautiful place. Hotel was stunning and staff you could not fault them! All lovely and welcoming. We will be back. Thankyou for a beautiful time.

Posizione più che ottima, molto vicina alla piazza principale. Comodo da raggiungere anche a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Personale gentile e disponibile, struttura pulita e tranquilla.

Soggiorno centrale e tranquillo
Pros:

Hotel comodo in una traversa della piazza principale quindi centralissimo ma silenzioso e tranquillo-un po' old style (moquette e mobili scuri) e ci vorrebbero qualche luce e qualche presa in più e un cuscino più sostanzioso e un piumino più largo sul letto- colazione con molti piatti particolari e anche diversi nei giorni ma quasi tutti salati, infatti non ho dato il massimo perché non c'erano neppure croissant piccoli ma x chi vuole il dolce a colazione le crepes, alcune torte e la frutta in bicchieri e in composizioni diverse ogni giorno- molto apprezzate le due bottigliette d'acqua al giorno che fanno trovare in stanza comprese nel prezzo

Nella colazione almeno dei croissant o bomboloni mignon e la nutella(assente del tutto) e un caffè decente- alla macchinetta solo il cappuccino era buono. In stanza dei comandi delle luci e altre prese vicino al letto(ma a me che ero da sola hanno dato la doppia invece della singola quindi forse ho scelto il letto sbagliato)

Поруч музична школа, і це якесь жахіття. З самого ранку і до пізнього часу грає все що може грати, окрім цього в номері був жахливий вай фай який постійно зникав.

We won't be staying in Wit Stwosz hotel again.

We have stayed in Wit Stwosz hotel between 2-4th of March in room 23, on the first floor
The room was clean, however the noise from outside from the street was unacceptable. We have been woken up a several times at night by a noisy cars, delivery vans etc. Also, the curtains were too small for the window which resulted lacking privacy from a building opposite the street and were made from a very thin material. Despite turning the heating off, the room itself was very hot but due to the noise we kept window shut.
We did not relax fully due to sleepness nights. Very sad as the hotel itself is clean but not comfortable at all.
