Sijainti on loistava, kävelymatkan päässä keskusaukiosta, Wavelin linnasta ja monista hyvistä ravintoloista. Hyvin ystävällinen, avulias ja joustava henkilökunta. Aamupalat järjestyivät helposti mukaan, kun pyysimme niitä sellaisina päivinä, jolloin emme ehtineet aamupalalle ohjelmamme vuoksi. Aamupala paikan päällä oli erinomainen niin maultaan kuin visuaaliselta ilmeeltäänkin. Kolmen henkilön huone oli tilava ja kaikki perusasiat toimivat.

Cons:

Kokolattiamatto, joka toki jakaa mielipiteitä, oli mielestäni hiukan kurja. Samoin sängyt eivät olleet itselleni parhaat mahdolliset. Kokonaisuutena hyvä hotelli.

Cons:

Bardzo złej jakości okna. Hałas dobiegający z ulicy był nie do zniesienia. Pub na przeciwko czynny w godzinach 18:00 - 05:00. Przez całą noc krzyki, śmiech i głośne rozmowy nie pozwalały na sen. O 6:00 rozpoczynały się prace budowlane w sąsiednim budynku. Służby oczyszczania miasta też od 6:00 opróżniali pojemniki na śmieci. Hałasy nie ustają nawet w niedzielę.
