Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé pour visiter Cracovie à pieds au départ de l'hôtel, à 300m de la place centrale, 1,2km du Wawel et à peine plus de Kazimierz. Tram et gare centrale très proche. Personnel sympa, bon petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix dans une très belle salle en sous-sol. Appartement très spacieux, grand séjour, 2 toilettes.

Cons:

L'insonorisation de la chambre 12 était catastrophique par rapport à la rue. En raison de la proximité de la vieille ville, des voitures passent nuit et jour sur la rue pavée, des gens passent et parlent, parfois crient en sortant des bars et restaurants (il y a un pub juste à côté, des bars dans la même rue) ce ne serait pas très grave si l'insonorisation de la chambre était bonne, ce qui n'est pas le cas, il y a bien un double vitrage mais totalement inefficace avec des vieux encadrements de fenêtres immenses, on a l'impression de dormir au milieu de la rue même en journée si on fait la sieste pour récupérer de la nuit, je n'ai quasiment pas dormi pendant 5 nuits. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre au bout de 2 nuits, mais l'hôtel était complet. J'ai écrit à l'hôtel, je n'ai même pas eu de réponse. A 120€ par nuit on devrait pouvoir dormir la nuit dans un hôtel 3*, les chambres devraient être correctement insonorisées a fortiori si l'hôtel est proche de la vieille ville. Si vous choisissez cet hôtel pour son emplacement, demandez une chambre à l'opposé de la rue, évitez les chambres 12 (appartement de 55m2) et 14 et celles qui sont au-dessus et donnent sur la rue.

Tutto ottimo

Cons:

Tutto perfetto, letti comodi, la stanza era molto grande. Vicinissimo al centro a 50 metri c'è un carrefur per poter acquistare quello che serve. La ragazza che ci ha accolto parlava italiano.
Struttura pulita con tutti gli optional. La colazione bellissima sopratutto salato, io avevo già letto ed avevo portato delle piccole nutelle x i bambini. C'erano dei pancake e dei panettoni fatti da loro. In camera c''erano sempre delle bottigliette di acqua, caffè,tè e latte da fare con il bollitore presente in camera.
Che dire un hotel top.

Quartos amplos, localização excelente
Pros:

Localização excelente, pertinho do Centro Historico e principais pontos turísticos. Repleto de restaurantes e barzinhos nas redondezas.
Quarto grande e confortável. Café da manhã delicioso!!!!!
Excelente hotel! Voltaria a hospedar lá

Nos encantó la amabilidad del personal, en todo momento te ayudan y están disponibles. Las camas son súper cómodas y después de un largo día de caminata las cogíamos con ganas. El desayuno también muy variado y bueno!! Sin duda alguna volveríamos a repetir!!! La ubicación además es maravillosa, en pleno centro y a dos pasos de todo lo importante.

Cons:

Por poner una pequeña pega, la calefacción estaba demasiado fuerte, también es verdad que justo este fin de semana bajaron muchísimo las temperaturas..

Loved the atmosphere of the hotel .
Pros:

We loved the location - within the old city: minutes from the Main Square and within walking distance to Wawel Castle. Tram and bus stops were minutes away and a short walk to the main train station. Friendly staff and a good breakfast to start the day. Bathroom had a great shower.

Cons:

Only drawback was that our room faced the street and there was a nearby bar. Pretty noisy throughout the night. Next time I would request a room not facing the street.

Hotel 3 stelle che ne merita 4
Pros:

Hotel in una posizione ottimale, vicino al centro e alla stazione, servizio clienti da 4 stelle, camera molto ampia con un letto matrimoniale e due singoli e c'era spazio anche per due poltrone. Bottigliette di acqua, Tè e caffè con bollitore, gratuitamente ogni mattina , bagno di Buone dimensioni, cassaforte, kit cucito e pulizia scarpe. Nota di merito per la colazione, veramente di buon livello, benché l'offerta dolce sia limitata, la parte salata è notevole. La mattina successiva all'arrivo, avevamo in programma un escursione a Auschwitz e Birkenau, prima dell'arrivo ho chiesto se era possibile avere un cestino da viaggio, la mattina abbiamo trovato il cestino pronto in reception con due tramezzini, frutta, dolcetto, acqua. Hotel a 3 stelle che ne merita 4. Consigliatissimo
