在基隆路上絆倒，骨裂去基隆醫院打石膏，行動非常不方便，回到飯店，問櫃檯：請問你們有輪椅嗎？櫃：沒有。那請問你們有有輪子的椅子嗎？櫃：沒有，我們什麼都沒有。

早餐不算豐盛，但能吃飽。家常菜。有飯有粥有麵、吐司咖啡都有。

Cons:

一進房，床上棉被一團亂，是我看錯嗎？竟沒整理床鋪，頓時覺得毛毛，那還有哪些地方是沒整理的。四人房的床非常硬，一開始不預期這麼硬，一跳撲上床，哎呦！好痛。

Sehr gute Lage fast direkt am Bahnhof und am Hafen. Alles gut erreichbar. Sehr gutes aber keinesfalls europäisch (einfach mal alles probieren). Ausreichend große Zimmer. Gepäck kann aufbewahrt werden

Good breakfast, but the room comfort and front desk support have considerable room for improvement.
Pros:

The lobby looked quite nice in the photos when booking, but the actual stay was disappointing. The room felt outdated, and the bed was rock hard. To make matters worse, when we asked to have our rooms placed closer together, the staff's rigid 'solution' was to downgrade our room without refunding the difference, showing zero real effort to resolve the issue. Overall, only the breakfast was decent, and this hotel definitely does not offer good value for money.

Cons:

They casually brushed it off and said we should have confirmed the details ourselves when booking online. I didn't realize that guests worldwide using online booking are expected to call ahead just to double-check a hotel's quality and service standards. Absolutely unbelievable.
