Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit eigenem Pool und waren mit allem absolut glücklich

Loved everything apart from bad weather.
Food was fantastic, room was lovely and clean.
Couldn’t fault anything

I was very impressed with my stay. The facilities (hotel, gym & spa) were exceptional & there was plenty of variety at breakfast and lunch (i didn’t sample the food options in the evening). The staff were very friendly & couldn't be more helpful. The pool was always clean but despite the pictures on the website it's difficult to do full lengths & is more of a cool down type of pool. There is frequent themed nights & whilst I was there there was traditional Greek dancing & singers on. The only thing I could fault was the mattress was very hard so took me a few nights to get used to it & get a good night's sleep. I also used the voucher for the a la carte restaurant within the hotel called Elia. The 6 course meal was absolute perfection & the menu contained some of the best food I have ever eaten so you must visit there if you stay.
Very luxurious, well worth the money.

The private pool in our room was phenomenal, yet the towel services for the resort were obscure. Also, the large resort pool chairs were always “held” by patrons who never removed their towels which was frustrating as someone who came in after them.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean, with good facilities and enough space for everyone.
The food was fresh, with a wide variety to choose from so something for all.
Definitely recommend this as a destination.

Das Hotel ist im gesamten sehr sauber. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich, es kommt keine lange weile auf. Verbesserungsfähig ist die Zimmerreinigung. Im Bad wird nicht mal der Duschvorleger hoch genommen wenn man ihn liegen lässt. Wenn Kosmetiktücher alle, dann alle. Dabei wäre es ein leichtes diese nachzufüllen. Aber das sind wirklich Kleinigkeiten. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

A beautiful hotel with extremely helpful staff. A high standard of room and cleanliness - very relaxing in lovely surroundings.

The hotel is in a very nice location. One of the swimming pool where we sun bathe most of the time has a nice view of the mountains. The food and drinks are excellent, hats off to the chefs and kitchen staff. Majority of the staff were really friendly especially the bartenders and the waiters. Will recommend this hotel to my fAmily and friends. Crete is a stunning island.

The staff are excellent. The standard of the food was really good. The quality of the accommodation is superb.

My daughter and I stay for 4 days each year. We arrive late in the evening, the night manager is always helpful and there is a snack for us in the room. Food is good with wide choice of dishes. Theme nights are fun.
The only fault is a lot of people smoke and smoking areas are close to the restaurant, and although the rooms are none smoking they smoke on the balcony.

Food at this hotel is exceptional .Service second to none . Hotel rooms clean and tidy .Only Down side tv channels for Germans and other nationalities .Dont think you should have to pay for room safe .

Panos at pool bar is a credit to your hotel .Always had a smile on his face and always knew what people were drinking .

Great room, very clean, great shower, great food, very good service, friendly staff, nice pool, beautiful hotel. Close to the beach (2 mins walk). There are a few restaurants near the hotel but no nightlife. For nightlife you need a short cab ride to Malia or Hersonissos.

We had a wonderful vacation. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is very nice and helpful and the food delicious.The area is very nice, very appropriate for a family vacation and the beach is just accross the road.

This is a hotel where both management and staff understand the meaning of service. All are well trained friendly, efficient.. This was our second visit and if anything the service and environment of the hotel had improved on last year. The immediate local area is a little tacky and off putting but this does not impact on the hotel grounds and there is at least one good café within a short stroll of the hotel.

This is a relatively new hotel and is therefore in very god condition, the hotel is kept very clean and tidy at all times. We had booked a suite which proved to be well worth the extra cost, the suite overlooked the pool area and effectively had two balconies which had the sun from 10am till sunset. The all inclusive package was of a very good standard. Our major criticism was at the end of the holiday which coincided with the end of season, when the hotel was winding down, the owner/management threw a party for local business owners and dignitaries which took over the main restaurant leaving paying customers the choice of either a fixed menu in the corner of the restaurant or using the sister Cactus Beach buffet (2* at best). This left us feeling that our 5 star experience had descended to a 2 star experience especially when the buffet for breakfast was closed on the final day as "it wasn't worth opening for 6 people" but managed to be open to give the staff breakfast. A great shame as what was an excellent holiday was somewhat marred by the final days. When we checked out we explained how we felt to the Receptionist, however, the Duty Manager didn't seem to have the time to talk to us.
