Great Central Location
Pros:

Located in the heart of bustling Ximending with so much to experience literally on your door step. Top floor rooms meant we did not hear any street noise. Staff were extremely helpful.

Cons:

More Generator Hostel vibe than hotel which we didn’t expect.

Ubicación muy muy céntrica en el barrio de Ximeding. Buen desayuno vario con chef que preparaba según demanda varios tipos de tortillas.
Camas muy grandes

Cons:

Al ser tan céntrico, puede escucharse algo más de ruido de lo habitual, supongo que dependerá de la orientación de la ventana de la habitación.

If we are in Taipei again, we will definitely stay at Amba
Pros:

Convenient to metro, very comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Housekeeping tidied up the room daily. Daily breakfast was delicious

I enjoyed everything about the property. Absolutely zero dislikes.

comfortable and convenient location
Pros:

staff friendly and very helpful . room was adequate . comfortable enough.

Cons:

I should have booked a bigger room - the round table wasn't quite suitable to sit down to do things on my computer . space slightly limited around the bed - couldn't spread out my big luggage except on the floor near the metal shelf or on the bed . location is central and good but unfortunately not directly next to the road

Great location and very clean, though a little pricey.
Pros:

Breakfast was average with a reasonable quality. The location is excellent, lots of shops, food and close to the Ximen station. It was very easy to navigate and felt very safe. It was a bit pricey but I really enjoyed the Large Twin Room. Spacious and comfortable. Fresh towels and 2 bottles of water each day. Would definitely consider staying here again if I do visit again.

Cons:

The breakfast quality and range could have been better.

It’s my second time to stay here and nothing beats its location!
Pros:

Perfect location and breakfast was a spread! Loved that it was connected to eslite. Rooms were spacious and comfortable

Great location for first visit to Taipei
Pros:

Great breakfast and really convenient location. Our room was very comfortable and we appreciated having laundry facilities in the hotel.

Cons:

Only suggestion would be to either provide more hangers or maybe some additional hooks on the wall. There wasn’t much space to put clothes other than just leaving them folded in the suitcase.
