Cons:

Told them that I need to shorten my stay for 1 night but they did not adjust my stay and charged me for 5 nights instead of 4 nights

Loved it so much we stayed here again!
Pros:

Loved, loved, loved the location in Ximending shopping district. Rooms were nice and clean. On-site restaurant was good and convenient.

Cons:

It would be better if the restaurant food could delivered to our hotel room door.
Some restaurant staff could improve their English. We managed with translators, but there were some confusions.

Great location, but feels more like an upmarket hostel than a hotel
Pros:

The location is a real strength, ight in a busy, central part of Taipei, close to the main shopping streets and an MRT station, so getting around couldn't be easier.
That said, the overall feel of the place is closer to an hostel than a traditional hotel. The room itself was clean and had a decent amount of space, which I appreciated, but the property as a whole felt very functional. It's not a bad stay by any means — if you want a clean, well-located base and don't mind a more no-frills, communal-hostel energy, it does the job. Just don't go in expecting a polished boutique hotel experience, because that's not quite what it delivers.

very modern looking hotel right at the center of night market, staff friendly well spoken english.
Pros:

This is a modern looking room but small, very clean property, and the floor we stayed very quiet. night market full of vibrant, great street food. just a few minutes walk from public transport

시먼딩 번화가 거리와 가까운 점은 좋았음 (거리는 가격에 포함된 가격으로 책정한 것 같음, 가성비가 좋은 것은 아님)

Cons:

예약 시 선결제 불필요 조건이었으나 선결제 처리됨
체크인 하면서 불필요한 보증금 선납을 요청함(단순히 전화 사용 조건 결제였다고 함)
창문 있는 방이었으나 창문이 열리지 않아 습한 공기 환기는 전혀 안됨
침대는 킹사이즈로 예약했으나 싱글침대 2개를 붙인 침대였고, 매트리스는 푹 꺼져 있어서 밤새 잠을 뒤척임
