Staff accommodated us regarding any request that we had & it met all of our expectations. that we had.
Pros:

Extremely friendly & helpful staff.
Comfortable room and great AC.
Wonderful breakfast.

Cons:

The start of a delightful trip to Taipei!
Pros:

I visited as a family trip. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and had a very comfortable stay. It’s in the center of Ximending, and since it’s about one block behind, it wasn’t noisy. Please clean thoroughly every day, and the floor of the room.Since it was tiled, I didn’t have to worry about dust. The water came out well too. It was my husband’s birthday on the last day, and I was so grateful that you surprised us with a surprise event in the room. Thank you for creating joyful memories. I’ll go again next time~

Great location and excellent service staff!
Pros:

Met with the kindest and most attentive staff at the counter who helped with keeping our luggage and storing some things in the fridge as we were with our baby! The breakfast buffet was also super! Wide selection of Taiwanese street food n western options!

Cons:

Floor was a little dirty as if it was not vacuumed, all other areas were ok! Lack of a gym was also a pity

The friendliest and most helpful hotel staff ever
Pros:

Alison, Eva, Wendy, Claire, Joe and the whole team – thank you!! You made my Taiwan experience possible and unforgettable: helping me reserve train tickets and print them out, calling hotel receptions to arrange shuttle transport, recommending great coffee places and restaurants serving typical Taiwanese dishes within walking distance of the hotel- I would have been lost without you.

Told them that I need to shorten my stay for 1 night but they did not adjust my stay and charged me for 5 nights instead of 4 nights
