Give A star to this awesome hotel
Pros:

Location - this hotel have the best location. It’s situated at the centre of ximending shopping. In fact the hotel is right above shopping centre which have Starbucks, fashion clothings and restaurants.its also vy easily accessible to public transport such as railway, buses and etc.
hotel- this hotel is very new and the rooms are very cosy and beds/pillows are very comfortable. What I like is The toilet and bathing area are separate, no need to wait for your room mates if you need to use the toilet.
The hotel have free toiletries and face mask at the lobby. They even give out free hotel slippers (the quality is very good, can be used for beach slippers) for us to bring home for sovereign😊.
Breakfast- breakfast is not bad but it will be better if they have more varieties

Pros:

We booked 2 medium-sized rooms for 4 of us. The room size was more than enough for adults and big luggage. The shower room was spacious. Their single bed was big about 4.5 ft. wide. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Location was the best. Easy walk through Ximen Walking street from Ximen MRT Statiion (Exit 6). 2 bottled water were provided daily.

once again, I’d like to say that the front desk was excellent, and the rooms were taken care of very well

The location was tremendous.
The front desk was excellent Joe, Andrew and Gigi all helped us in different ways with difficult situations. They made the stay very enjoyable and the hotel is very lucky to have the three of them as employees.

Cons:

I understand hotels are getting away from having drawers to put your clothes in. That was the only negative we had to live out of our suitcases.
But everything else was so good that that was just a minor blip .

Clean, comfortable and well designed hotel room in great location.
Pros:

The Amba experience in Taipei was just perfect. The room has a great design with separate toilet and shower and a very large hand basin/ bench to put all your toiletries and leave plenty of space on one side to boil the kettle. Spacious room. It provides a safe which is nice to have of course and there is small bar fridge which works amazing well. Also the hotel has a bar and restaurant which even serves white wine!! Breakfast is amazing. There is a washing machine available for use. Our room had a King size bed which was one of the reasons we selected this hotel. The hotel is very centrally located and not far from the Metro line. Such a very well designed hotel room. Staff were super friendly and helpfull. It was a great experience and we loved our stay at Amba. Thank you AMBA for making our first days of our Taiwanese holiday so comfortable.

Excellent Location for the XMD hype
Pros:

Very very convenient. Right at XMD so you can just go downstairs and grab food anytime, play the claw machines. Especially during the midnight when there are some pubs still open.

Reception is on the 4th floor, and security guard available during evening so youre safe. Staff team are all friendly !

Cons:

Toilet flushing was weak and had some issues. Otherwise the room was fine since we only needed to stay one night.

Located in the heart of Ximending
Pros:

Great location in which to wander around Ximending, enjoyed the food and drinks on offer from the numerous establishments in the area. Huge comfy bed in the room. Separate shower and toilet. Enough space in the room for just a short stay.

Cons:

Industrial building design which feels a bit sterile. The breakfast was standard fare, but was part of the package. Probably would be best to skip it and enjoy eating outside and the cafes and restaurants.
