Please note children from 4 up to 11 years old will be accommodated free of charge sharing bed with one or two adults, you only have to assume the cost of breakfast. From 12 years old onwards, children are considered adults and are charged as additional person.

Lamentablemente, fue una experiencia no grata a diferencia de otras veces, por ejemplo en Cajamarca, la atención A1.
Desde la llegada al hospedaje, la tarjeta (llave de la habitación, no funcionaba) la recepcionista nos dijo que teníamos que esperar porque se había malogrado la máquina que hace tarjeta, no nos pusieron toalla, estuvimos esperando las toallas aprox 20 min, luego, al entregarnos, solo nos dieron una, cuando éramos dos, no había café, la habitación estaba a lado donde habían perros que no dejaban descansar, cuando quisimos servirnos café en otro momento, le pedimos apoyo y el joven explico, y sirvió café, pensamos que era para nosotros, sin embargo, lo servido lo llevó a otro lado, hicieron limpieza y dejaron las tazas del dia anterior, entre otras cosas. :(

Poco higienico, poco aforo para el desayuno, tuve que esperar para entrar, poca variedad en buffet. El restaurante paprika demoro muchisimo en servir la comida.

Que el gimnasio abre muy tarde para personas de negocios que se levantan muy temprano a la mañana.

Hotel estaba lleno derrepemte pero no justifica que sean lentos, en piscina debe haber alguién viendo siempre las.necesidades de uno.
Cuidado con la piscina está muy chica y hay que limpiar el caudal.de agua .
Me consultaron sí quería traslado al aeropuerto y no lo.tenía incluído por ser de booking .
