Children from 4 to 11 years stay free of charge when using existing beds with 1 or 2 adults. Breakfast is not included. Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (VAT), guests must present a copy of their immigration card and passport. Both documents must be presented in order to be eligible for the exemption. Otherwise, guests must pay the indicated additional fee. Foreign business guests who request a printed invoice must pay this additional fee of 18%, regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This amount is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation.
We allow guests accompanied by their dog (Pet) as long as the Admission policies are followed for an additional fee of USD 38 (taxes are not included per pet, per night). Maximum 1 pet per room. Reservations must be requested at least 2 days in advance. Only pets with a maximum weight of no more than 18 kilos are allowed. Upon check-in, the guest must provide certificates issued by a licensed veterinarian (or competent government body) proving that their pet has been vaccinated and dewormed for no more than 06 monts. In accordance with Peruvian law, potentially dangerous breeds such as American Pitbull, Dogo, Rottweiler, Doberman, among others, will not be allowed. Only dogs are allowed, and food and drink containers are available for loan. In the case of guide dogs, proof from CONADIS (or competent government body) must be presented, proving that the dog's company is necessary. If the guest does not have the certification, the guest will be charged for the night's stay of their pet. Pets cannot be left alone.

Me encanto la atención en el Bar. Miguel me brindo muy buenas sugerencias, más aun, cuando me reuní con 02 personas más, el piqueo la comida y los tragos estuvieron con una buena presentación y rico. Gracias Miguel por una excelente noche.
En la habitacion que me toco, cada vez que utilizaba el inodoro tenia que apoyar el brazo sobre el tablero del lavadero para poder ocuparme.
La atención es muy buena, el desayuno bufete tb muy variado. La comodidad de sus habitaciones.

We were able to leave our luggage there while we took a 2-day side trip and again when we checked out but had a luncheon to go to before we left Chiclayo. The bar has excellent bar food. The free breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and with air conditioning. The front doorman always remembered our names as we came and went during the day.
I wish they had showers instead of bathtubs. I can't think of anything else.

The breakfast was excellent. Our room was clean and had air conditioning. The front desk staff was top notch, and the door man always remembered us by name. The hotel is just down the street from the central plaza in front of the cathdral where the current Pope used to say mass daily.

El Gym es muy pequeño, faltó maquina.
la piscina estaba en reparacion ´porque no pude ingresar , y el sauna cierra temprano , 7 pm es muy temprano , deberia estar por lo menos 8 pm o 9 pm , uno llega del trabajo y seria ideal poder disfrutar
el gimnasio tiene solo lo basico , al menos q coloquen una eliptica
