The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was really nice. Washing machine and dryer worked really well
The noise from the street was horrible and i was unable to sleep. I understand that in a city there is noise but this was excessive
The location was good
It’s looking very tired. Needs a coat of paint and some maintenance. Our card stopped working in the lift and so we had to call the night manager at 11pm to get to our room which took about half an hour to fix. The toilet roll holder was falling off the wall and there was a hole in the bedroom wall that had been plastered over but not painted.
Good location if you want to stay near the Sky Tower, and reception service was very good. Staff responded very quickly and were always friendly. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean on arrival. Washing machine and dry machine worked well.
Rooms are quite old, and some walls showed visible repair patches. The sofa was also very worn, and I ended up putting a blanket over it because it didn’t look very clean. I chose to have my room cleaned only once or twice per week; on some days the cleaning was excellent, but on others it was poorly done or almost nonexistent.
Noise levels were acceptable. You could hear some outside noise, but it was still manageable for sleeping.
The kitchen had most of what was needed, but the pan provided was completely scratched, so I ended up buying one myself.
Convenient. Useful kitchenette
A bit cramped
Your staff initiative to leave key in safe as we arrived after hours, thanks. Toilet seal. Bed size,
Conditioner was filled with blue hand soap, (I'm a hairdresser so no question), it left my hair a crispy mess. Noisy air con. Slow lift.
Location. Walking distance from the airport bus drop off at SkyCity.
The upstairs lobby was pretty hot but rooms were A/C’d well. No on-site staff at the weekend so couldn’t store bags after check -out.
Excellent location, very close to Sky Tower and the harbour was in good walkable distance. Lots of eating options nearby.
Bed was comfortable, well equipped kitchen
Room 205 was too warm for comfort. The aircon was so inadequate that a portable one was in use in the room. Still not good enough.
Convenient location and spacious apartments in Auckland's Central Business District. Nothing fancy, but decently well equipped, clean, and comfortable.
Not much of a view and the air conditioning struggled to deal with both the heat from the sun and a late morning shower, but outside of high summer around noon you shouldn't have an issue. If you are particularly sensitive to mold, there did appear to be some from the aircon exhaust, but not enough to trigger my allergy too badly. Do be aware that the hallways and elevators are NOT air conditioned so were a nit stuffy
Quiet and adequate space and facilities
Some loitering on the street outside by homeless people
The assigned Executive Suite was located at the 6th floor and offered a very nice view of the city and the Sky Tower. Large windows and and an ample balcony were an added value.
The hair dryer was not working properly.
It was very clean, plenty of room, great location, very friendly staff. Definitely highly recommend.
Nothing. I thought everything was great
Great location and comfortable room
Challenging access after reception hours (after 5 pm is pretty early)
The room was spacious, customer service was good. The bed was pretty comfortable.
There was constantly what appeared to be homeless people congregated at the entrance of the hotel. Someone in the building next door was shooting a BB gun at the hotel. Felt like a dodgy area.
Shower pressure was excellent. The room had everything needed for our stay, including a kitchen and a washing machine.
1. The AC was awful. Don't depend on it, if you travel in the summer I won't recommend this place. (They did provide a fan but it wasn't much)
2. The windows can't be opened. So the room felt claustrophobic with no fresh air.
3. Smell of mold and no fresh air.. it was a tough one. We stayed for 1 night only so it was bearable but if you need more nights I won't recommend this place.
The proximity to the city was great. It was very quiet which was good.
The area is a little dodgie due it being across from the city mission, although we felt very safe. The room was a bit tired. No safe in the room for valuables which I thought a bit odd. The quest is located near a subway fast food outlet which smelled horrible.
