Pros:

Closeness to everything, size, bed comfy shower powerful

Cons:

Blanket too skinny and cold, not enough tea bags and we didn't get our breakfast voucher

Good place to stay close to the city needs a bit of maintenance -

Close to our venue for a function

Cons:

Kitchen lacking things- breadboard/ dishwash liquid
Room needs a bit of maintenance- kitchen cupboard doors loose/falling off/ toilet button needs fixing
Lovely deck to sit on but only one chair for 4 people.
No manual how to work TV/ aircon etc No remote for bedrooom TV

Have stayed many times that room not up to date

Room was dirty, mold in washroom. Carpets were smelly. Water leaking from the toilet to the living room carpet. Washroom door was broken. Aircon not working, filthy aircon. Carpets were undone near the washroom door, major trip hazard. Room near the street were too noisy.

MOST EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY…. You get what you pay for and I reckon this property offers you MORE than what you paid
Pros:

Location location location! Close to central bus depot. Close to sky tower casino.
Excellent value for money, everything you need for a weekend away.
Great water pressure in the shower.
Great sound proofing …. Minimal street and traffic noise.
Great staff! Friendly and helpful!
Highly highly recommend!

Cons:

Unfortunate location for homeless to gather….both sides of the street. A little scary sometimes having to navigate entering and leaving the building without offending the local populace.

homeless people right at the entrance of the apartment building
Pros:

it has all the required amenities..

Cons:

there a 4 - 5 homeless people lying on the floor right outside the door of the apartment building, scary to move out as they come an approach you for money and they keep staring at you.. there are much better places in the same location but dont book this one..

Good place to stay
Pros:

This place was well priced with good facilities - kitchen and laundry. Great staff too.

Cons:

One thing to be very aware of as a woman traveling alone is that there are often people hanging around the entrance. Some might be rough sleepers, and they didn't bother me (and I don't think there should be laws against that!), but it's helpful to be aware for personal security.
