Pros:

Great location near casino and topgolf. Staff is very friendly.

Cons:

Stayed there last year and all was fine. But this stay was realy bad. Hallways had a bad smell. Rooms were very noisy (we were in 320) i could hear my upper neighboor walk on the floor all the time. When the side neighboor took a shower, the pipes pressure made so much noise, it woke us up. No ventilation in the room so when you showered, the whole room jist was moist and very unpleasant. Also mattresses need urgent renewal. All and all i think this hotel needs some serious maintanace and care. I usually dont write reviews but this was very dissapointing.

Good location, bad services
Pros:

Stayed 3days, asked to have sheets and towels changed out. Never once did housekeeper even go into our room. Used same towel for 3days, not good!!!

Pros:

The Hotel was clean and the front desk help were great. The breakfast was also really good.

Cons:

The Beds were very uncomfortable. Spring mattresses with no toppers and the pillows were horrible. Absolutely flat. The cleaning staff decided to have a full loud conversation with each other in front of our door at 7:00 am

My car windshield was broken overnight while i was parked in the handicap right in the front and still not safe, it was broken right by where the parking permit slip was placed, also Staff where closing the breakfast area in a Hurry to save food for themselves all housekeepings and staff arriving to eat breakfast leaving guest without breakfast.
