The pool was not working. 🤨Customer service was not very good. The food was OK. Housekeeper was great.

Cons:

I didn’t get his name but the evening shift customer service front desk person was very rude. Whenever we went up to ask for anything they made us wait for about 20 to 30 minutes before he helped us and there was other customers in line were also complaining regarding the wait time.

A vista do quarto é muito bonita.

Cons:

Cobrar 15 dólares por um estacionamento aberto é simplesmente absurdo! O recepcionista não deu nenhuma opção alternativa. O quarto poderia estar mais limpo.

The rooms were the highlight. Breakfast needs to match.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious fresh and clean. Bed was super comfortable.

Cons:

That they have decided to charge $15 per car per night. Although, I had booked prior to the change so did not have to pay. I always filter my accommodation searches with free parking. They will not show up in my future searches.
Breakfast was very ordinary. We did not appreciate the paper plates and plastic cutlery. Leave this for fast food outlets and purchase some proper plates and cutlery.

Housekeeping did not make the beds. My bag of newly purchased items were stolen from my room.
Pros:

Breakfast was average. Small selection of items. Eggs were a bit runny and only had sliced sausage. Had to request greek yogurt.

Cons:

Better selection of items. Needed to have bacon and different fruits such as berries. Pool was closed. Hotel was very short staffed and not available to help you. If the staff was on break, no one was available until the person came back. Would not recommend this hotel.

Good for what was needed~
Pros:

Close to the college and the beautiful downtown

the shower did not have a water filter and the water was very hard when I felt it by hand and I didn't even end up taking a shower
