Really helpful staff, big rooms. Different from a normal hotel as this building is mainly wooden inside with lots of carvings. Good location for the square, markets and shopping centres. The staff really helped when we were stuck for a long distance taxi and Grab drivers kept refusing.

This is not a 5* hotel but for the money i loved it very clean and people talking about hot tub not being clean it is outside so will get a bit of dust in it all you have to do is rinse it out I would definitely stay here again if I'm this was again

We loved this hotel. We were a family of four coming from a very slick, modern and efficient hotel in Bangkok. This felt like a much more authentic and personal setting. Our room was INCREDIBLE and by far exceeded our expectations. Huge, comfortable, clean and even with a hot tub. Pool was a lovely plunge with a little chill out zone and breakfast was cooked to order. The staff were really helpful when we needed an early morning for an elephant sanctuary & to leave our bags. And the added bonus for the children was the 24 hour snack bar! It’s about a 10 minute tuk tuk to the night bazaar which again worked so well and was easy/ enjoyable each day.
Nothing. It’s not a modern/ new hotel and there was work going on whilst we were there, but this didn’t bother us at all and if you like more personal/ traditional places then I’d highly recommend.
Very lovely little hotel could not fault anything staff very friendly and breakfast was very nice was cooked to order for the price was not expecting anything as good as this glad I booked

We stayed here for one night after flying from Bangkok it was very close to the airport and a perfect spot to relax before moving on.

The rooms were very authentic, spacious and the property was in a great location. Only 60thb in a taxi to the centre.
Some of the facilities could do with a bit of a touch up as it is a bit worn but I feel this brings more character to the property!

The outdoor spa had not been cleaned before our arrival.
That didn't seem to worry the pigeons who thought it was put there for them.

I had a wonderful stay at Singha Montra Hotel. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. They were incredibly courteous, always available, and consistently cheerful. They were not only helpful but also genuinely warm and happy to chat, which added a very personal touch to the stay.
The rooms were impressively spacious, honestly much bigger than expected, giving a real sense of comfort and luxury. One of the highlights was the in-room jacuzzi, which was absolutely brilliant and made the stay even more relaxing.
The only minor downside was a lack of some practical amenities. A few additions like hanging hooks or a floor rack for bath towels in the bathroom would be very helpful, and there was not much space or provision for keeping clothes.
Aside from that small detail, I have no complaints at all. Overall, a fantastic stay with outstanding service and comfort.

Size of room. Breakfast was great. Staff were very accommodating.
Rooms in need of maintenance. Advertise Netflix available. But you have to use your own account? If you do not have an account, no Netflix. Is that not misleading advertising??

The building itself is beautiful, classic Lanna style with wood carvings and paintings everywhere.
Like most hotels the pillows were too big so I woke up with a stiff neck.
