The hotel had great views. The pool area was great. The beach is only a 5 minute walk where there are lots of shops and restaurants. The grocery store was 10 minute walk.
Overall, the stay was affordable and completely adequate. It met my expectations. The staff was friendly and I would stay again.
Helpful tip: Do not make the bus drivers angry. Do whatever they say.
I had the Do Not Disturb sign on my door and my room was cleaned anyway. I was only there for 3 days and it was a complete waste to clean, replace trash bags and change out towels. I am a minimalist. And this bothered me a great deal.
Also there was a cat who kept getting into my room. I had to be diligent when the door was open.

Staff were flexible when it came to later checkout time and were just very accommodating when it came to sorting things to do in Santorini
La zona, está muy cerca de la playa, la montaña a un lado es hermosa. Lucia, es una persona excepcional, muy amable desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos!
Nuestra habitación la sentí muy pequeña.
El personal siempre a disposición, limpieza de habitaciones diario, instalaciones bastante comodas
El agua del alojamiento es salada, incluso para bañarse

Lucia was very nice, very helpful and kind.
The room was clean, they also changed the towels every day. You can rent pool towels for 3 euros each. The room is simple but warm and you have everything you need.
It is close to the beach (walking distance). Also there is a short trek, like a half on our time, up to the church in front of the hotel. You can rent a Car to go to Fira or Oia, or by public bus from the Villa. We have done a boat tour to the volcano with the sunset in Oia and it was very nice, long but not tiring. We bought the tickets at reception.

Buona la posizione, bella la piscina e la camera vista mare. La proprietaria è molto gentile.
L'acqua calda non é subito disponibile, bisogna ricordarsi di farla scorrere un po' prima di farsi la doccia.

L’attente de 30 minute à notre arrivée, car aucune personne présente à l’accueil et difficultés à les joindre. Pas de message ni de consignes envoyé par message pour nous prévenir. L’absence devrait rideau occultant jour nuit. L’absence de rideau dans la salle de bain. L’isolation sonore entre les chambres.
La localisation est incroyable ! Perissa est l'un des meilleurs endroits de l'île. On est pas envahis par les touristes.

Ménage fait dans la chambre tous les jours et peu importe l'heure sur le matin.
La clim est super mal placée, j'ai toujours chaud et madame est frileuse. La clim est sur le côté du lit. On a fait que ça de se réveiller pour allumer et éteindre toutes les nuits ! Madame a du mettre un pull et un pantalon pour ne pas avoir froid. La couverture est un simple dessus de lit. Sans parler que le matelas était super dur et les oreillets pas confort merci les cervicales...
Des odeurs nauséabonde dès que l'on utilisait l'eau, une sorte de remontée d'égout qui embaumait la chambre.
Un balcon tout petit ! Vue sur la montagne magnifique mais on se sentait vite claustrophobe.
Pas grand chose pour accroche le linge surtout quand il y a du vent dehors...
La cuisine trop minimale, juste un tout petit frigo, une double plaque électrique et une bouilloire. Pas de micro ondes ou de four ni même une éponge ! À part les petits dej, on a mangé à l'extérieur.
Pas insonorisé on entendait les voisins rentrer le soir, le balais être passé le matin.
Quasiment pas de lumière dans la salle de bain ce n'est pas pratique pour se préparer.
Gli appartamenti sono situati in una zona vicino alla spiaggia di Perissa, l’atmosfera che si respira e’affascinante, tutto curato, il nostro appartamento aveva anche un idromassaggio ma a pagamento. Unica cosa che non abbiamo apprezzato molto, l’acqua salata anche in casa, ma credo che sia una situazione di tutta la zona, non solo di questa struttura.
