According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
Please note that the balconies and windows must remain locked due to security reasons.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Staff was super friendly, breakfast was very good.
The entire property is in need of renovations. It is but a shell of the hotel it once was. The room was humid and the air conditioner set off my allergies, there were gnats everywhere and I even had to kill a cockroach. There were pieces of trim missing from the doors and scuffs on the door and walls, a giant Crack on the balcony and the whole place just looked like it needed upgrades. Not worth the 800 dollars I paid for 3 nights ( 2 rooms).

Limpeza, frigobar funcionando perfeitamente, banho muito agradável , cafe da manhã bem completo
Colchão muito ruim (um lado estava “de caída), a fechadura do quarto desencaixava, chuveiro não parava de pingar, o ar condicionado da sala não gelava, manutenção sendo feita na madrugada (estavam cortando piso)

Limpeza deixa muito a desejar.
A recepção com a funcionária Carla foi excelente (na verdade, todos os funcionários muito gentis).
Adoro a água saborizada que é oferecida na chegada.

Achamos o café da manhã com pouca variedade e nao muita qualidade. Ficou a desejar!
