Nos encantó!
Pros:

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos ahi. La habitación es enorme. La cama súper cómoda. El restaurante del hotel es muy buenos! Esta vez no pudimos disfrutar de la piscina porque estaba en mantenimiento.

Excelente acomodação, assim como os serviços oferecidos e localização
Pros:

A experiência foi excelente. Ótima localização, quarto amplo e reformado, com sacada que permitia ter uma vista parcial tanto da cidade quanto da orla do Rio Guaíba. Café da manhã maravilhoso, bem como o restaurante no jantar à noite. Toda a equipe do hotel sempre muito solícita e de pronto atendimento. Eu retornaria, com certeza. Também adorei o mimo deixado para nós no quarto quando chegamos.

Cons:

Não temos nada a reclamar. Tudo funcionou muito bem.

Bom atendimento
Pros:

Da vista e do atendimento, todos os funcionários foram muito simpáticos.

Cons:

O sistema de reservas parece confuso, o hotel estava muito cheio e não havia mais nenhum quarto disponível da categoria que tínhamos reservado quando chegamos. Apesar desse problema, os funcionários da recepção fizeram o possível para contornar a situação e nos ofereceram várias opções de outros quartos para não desistirmos da reserva.

Poderia ser melhor e quero voltar para observar essas melhorias.
Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado, essa é atualmente uma das suas poucas virtudes.
O atendimento no restaurante foi agradável, mas o serviço de check in foi confuso e demorado. Houve "uma pane" no sistema.

Cons:

o atendimento do serviço de limpeza do quarto.
O café assim como alguns alimentos naturalmente "quentes" estavam no máximo, mornos. O dia estava frio.
