According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Um dos hóspedes teve dificuldade para acessar a CNH digital pelo aplicativo, e a atendente simplesmente afirmou que, sem o documento, ele não poderia subir — o que entendemos ser uma exigência. No entanto, a forma como isso foi dito foi totalmente inadequada, sem empatia ou qualquer tentativa de solução.

Faltou preparo, bom senso e, principalmente, respeito no atendimento. Diante dessa experiência, deixo claro que não voltaremos a nos hospedar neste hotel.
