Pros:

Localização OK. Ao chegar no local, fui informado que já estava pago. Em (certo momento), foi informado pela recepção que, teria que pagar pela acomodação. Não paguei, não chamaram segurança nem nada, então foi OK.

Cons:

Poderiam ter entrado em contato com a Booking para avaliar a situação, pois passei por mentiroso.

Mais uma boa estadia, com destaque para o café da manhã e localização, apesar de alguns pontos a melhorar.
Pros:

Gosto muito desse hotel e já me hospedei nele diversas vezes. O café da manhã é um dos meus pontos favoritos, sempre muito bom e variado. O serviço de valet também costuma ser ágil, o que facilita bastante a estadia. Além disso, a localização é excelente, o que torna tudo ainda mais prático. No geral, é um hotel que eu recomendo e onde costumo voltar.

Cons:

Desta vez, apesar de terem informado que eu havia recebido um upgrade, o quarto não tinha nada de diferente, inclusive parecia inferior ao que eu havia reservado.

Outro ponto negativo foi o serviço de valet no check-out, que foi muito demorado. Esperamos cerca de 40 minutos pelo carro. Inicialmente, aguardamos por volta de 10 a 15 minutos, mas percebemos que outras famílias que chegaram depois receberam seus carros antes. Isso nos deu a impressão de que houve uma falha na organização ou até mesmo que o pedido do nosso carro não foi feito corretamente, o que acabou gerando bastante transtorno.

Apesar desses pontos, continuo gostando bastante do hotel e pretendo voltar.

Quarto ótimo, bem limpo… assim como as áreas comuns, café da manhã ótimo.

Cons:

A noite péssimo atendimento do manobrista o qual disse não poder buscar nosso carro para podermos sair, tivemos que pedir a chave à recepção e ir buscar nós mesmos.
