According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
Please note that the balconies and windows must remain locked due to security reasons.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

O Café da manha e a cordialidade dos funcionários no atendimento do hotel.
Acredito que a academia está precisando de uma melhoria, espaço muito pequeno e equipamentos antigos
Localização, limpeza e conforto
Ouve-se barulho da rua, principalmente som automotivo e buzinas. Deixaram meu carro estacionado sob um sol de 35 graus. Para uma cobrança de R$ 40,00 pelo uso da garagem, acho um absurdo.
La habitación un 10, excelente vista. La pileta, el desayuno y el personal son una maravilla. El hotel está en una zona muy tranquila a 400m aprox de un shopping super grande 😜

Localização muito boa, ao lado do shopping praia de bellas, próximo também ao estádio do beira rio, e com uma vista excelente da "praia", tive bom atendimento por vários funcionários, muito cordiais e respeitosos. Café da manhã ok
Chegamos no quarto estava sujo o chão, com bastante cabelo no chão e havia uma barata morta, no segundo dia de estada a camareira arrumou o quarto e continuou a barata e os cabelos no mesmo lugar... ai deixamos um bilhete para limpar melhor, no dia que antecedeu a última diária e na última não houve limpeza no quarto. Também liguei solicitando a recepção para buscar meu carro na garagem que iríamos sair, cheguei na recepção do hotel uns 15 minutos depois e ainda não havia chego o veículo, esperei por mais uns 10 minutos, ai resolvi pedir para o manobrista e o mesmo me informou que o recepcionista não havia lhe passado a informação!

Detalles en la limpieza de la habitacion: un embase usado tirado debajo de una cama. El jabon liquido vacio en una de las habitaciones y la crema de enjuague vacia en la otra.
