Very good location, room are always clean everyday and friendly workers
Pros:

I didn't take breakfast as it was not with the room.
Price is to high
Breakfast should have been together with the room due to the price

Cons:

My room was not quiet as requested at the ground floor
We received two bottle of water for the first two days and then one bottle per day until I have to request or buy at the mall
The hotel should had some one to welcome guests with their bags as no one is there to help in or out from the taxi or to the room

Aurait pu être plus agréable.
Pros:

Situation à proximité d’un centre commercial.

Cons:

La chambre avec terrasse de 28 m2 faisait en réalité 20 m2, comme la superficie d’une chambre standard. La terrasse faisait 8 m2. J’ai le sentiment d’avoir été arnaqué.

Great lications and beautiful views.
Pros:

Excellent customer service, very helpful staff. Very clean and comfy bed. Great location. Close to shopping Mall. Beautiful views.

Cons:

The bathroom design with the door and see through glasses. Not ideal.

Best hotel option to stay at for events at the SVICC and convenience to access the mall
Pros:

Close to the mall and SVICC. Beds are comfortable and clean. They replace the towels and bedsheets regularly.

Cons:

Found a cockroach in the room. I wish the hotel had a heated pool.

Pros:

The breakfast was very good. The shower was a little moldy smelling, but that is a design flaw in that it cannot air our after use.

A really comfortable business trip with Mauritian hospitality
Pros:

This is a great location for a business trip, close to connecting roads, access to mall for dining and location on island. Comfortable and wrll set up for the business traveller. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing really to call out.

Worst. Never going back.
Pros:

Only reason is that it was attached to a mall.

Cons:

• Atmosphere - what to expect from a 3* hotel.

• Room - no where to hang big towels, no big mirrors, bed bugs, dusty (have to tell cleaners how to do their job). Could not sleep at nights due to crappy bed comforts and worst cushions.

• Food - same buffet for all days and despite giving dietery requirements not even a courtesy to cater for vegetarians besides breads, fruits and cheeses everyday. Atleast we got basic food, so thankful atleast. Also we'd have to ensure we find our own cutlery and the staff would only be talking or standing rather coming to check if anything is required.

• Service - Reception/Management had no idea how to cancel our booking we did via booking.com, we checked out on 15th instead of 18th July, they had no common decency to share refund, and they took the full property tax.

They just fooled us to contact booking.com whereas booking.com clearly said to contact property. Basically shows it was all for money and useless.

Good business hotel in Moka district
Pros:

Voila is a good business hotel if you're traveling to the Moka area for work. It's convenient to a lot of restaurants and offices.

Cons:

It's not a great value for what you get compared to the beach resorts on the exterior of the island.

Bien -Je reviendrai si je ne fais qu une nuit à l Ile Maurice comme cela a été le cas

Manque de serviette dans les chambres pour un couple 1 seule grande serviette et seule petite serviette.
Probleme de climatisation en pleine nuit j ai du appeler le service Intervention rapide et efficace.
Pas d explication sur le fonctionnement de la climatisation.Je n arrivais à l 'éteindre.
