موقع الفندق كان ممتاز جداً المرافق كانت جيده

كانت الخدمة سيئة جداً جداً طلبت منهم ينظفون الغرفه وطلعت من الفندق الساعه 10 الصباح ورجعت الساعه 8 المساء وماحصلت الغرفه نظيفه وطلبت منهم خدمة غسيل الملابس وكانوا يتجاهلون طلبي ولما رحت لهم وحاولت اتكلم مع المدير قالوا خلاص الحين نجي ناخذ الملابس ولما جو اخذوها رجعوا كلموني قالوا ملابسك تحتاج وقت طويل وانت بتسجل خروج الصباح

My stay at the Voila Hotel was truely comfortable and great value for money.
Pros:

The personnel were always friendly and attentive. The location of the hotel is spot on and the free WIFI was excellent.
