Staff were nice and helpful.

Cons:

Bedroom was too small for 2 adults. Only one towel for 2 adults. Some mold between the bathroom tiles.

We arrived very late. Flight delayed.Checking in was delayed further due to staff dealing with a lost client.
Pros:

Neat and fairly close to the airport.
Room was comfortable

Cons:

No help to carry luggage up and down in passage and lift. My husband fell over the suitcase in the lift.
Only one bath towel provided for 2 people.
Creamer was old and hard and insufficient.
