Pros:

Mi è piaciuta la vicinanza alla spiaggia, la piscina gigantesca e pulita, il bellissimo panorama e la velocità di risoluzione dei problemi del personale.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuta la scarsa pulizia della casa, la ridotta quantità di utensili da cucina, la mancanza totale di biancheria per la cucina, l' acqua calda intermittente e soprattutto la mancanza di trasparenza riguardante i costi aggiuntivi (club card, lenzuola e asciugamani e aria condizionata) che non corrispondevano pienamente con quanto scritto (chissà perché in inglese!) sul sito di booking.

Pros:

The staff are fantastic including bar staff, cleaning staff and Animation. We enjoyed our 16 days and wished we could have stayed longer. There is a free bus to the beach if you do t use the pool. Mostly Italian guests. I would recommend it.

Cons:

No electric kettle in the villa or microwave.

Pool.beach and staff amazing.Downside no service provided to clean room and change towels or sheets
Pros:

The location and the pool and the staff were friendly and helpful The pool was well kept and the entertainment was great as well.The van that took us to and from the nearby beach was great to and never had to wait around for it.

Cons:

No one to clean the room or do my laundry or change towels etc,I asked about this and the reception said it is a villagio and we dont provide this service.I wasnt happy about this,As I was on vacation to rest not to do housework
