Pros:

Das Hotel hat das spezielle Etwas. Die Einrichtungen alt ehrwürdige aber passten super zum Ambiente. Frühstück hervorragend. Parkmöglichkeit ideal.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Einzelbetten die man auswechseln muss da sie viel zu schmal sind. Duschen mit Vorhang ist auch nicht inn.

Versperrte Fluchttüren stellen einen schweren Verstoß dar und gefährden die Gäste.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Cons:

Eine Tatsache macht sämtliche Bewertungskriterien für die Unterkunft gegenstandslos: In einem Seitenflügel des Hotels waren beide Fluchttüren versperrt, zudem war die Feuerschutztür zum Haupthaus dauerhaft im geöffneten Zustand festgekeilt. Die vorhandene Fluchtwegbeschilderung führt im Brandfall zu einem Ausgang, der nicht benutzbar ist. Genau unter solchen Umständen entstehen Brandkatastrophen – wie zuletzt im Jänner 2026 in Crans-Montana.
Auf meinen Hinweis, dass Fluchttüren niemals versperrt sein dürfen, erhielt ich die Antwort: „Das wurde von der Hotelleitung aus Sicherheitsgründen so angeordnet, damit keine Personen von außen ins Hotel gelangen können.“ Dieses Argument ist fachlich nicht haltbar, zumal sich das Problem technisch sehr einfach lösen ließe: durch den Austausch der herkömmlichen Türschnalle gegen einen Panikbeschlag. Damit wäre gewährleistet, dass die Tür von innen jederzeit geöffnet werden kann, von außen jedoch nicht.
Wenn ein Hotel selbst nach einem klaren Hinweis auf die Vorschriftswidrigkeit und die erhebliche Gefährdung keine Maßnahmen setzt, kommt dies in meinen Augen einer vorsätzlichen Gefährdung der Hotelgäste gleich. Das Hotel würde ich selbst so nie wieder nutzen und muss alle potentiellen Kunden warnen.
