Kleines Apartement an guter Lage für kleines Budget
Pros:

Die Lage nahe Prater und in der Nähe von 2 U-Bahnstationen ganz oke. Check in und Kommunikation unkompliziert. Alles war sauber (ausser der Teppich unter dem Tisch).
Das vergessene Klopapier wurde mit einer Schachtel Schokolade nachgeloefert:-) (da hatten wir aber schon welches gekauft.)

Cons:

Leider hatte es bei der Ankunft kein Klopapier. Die Ausstattung ist sehr spärlich. Ds hat eine Filterkaffeemaschine aber keine Filter und keinen Kaffee. Ich muss auch ehrlich sagen, normalerweise buche ich etwas teurer Apartements und da gibt es immer Kaffee und eine ausgestattete Küche. Deshalb wird es wohl diesem Preissegment normal sein. Die Glastischplatte verschiebt sich schon bei leichtem berühren.

Very good location and neighbourhood for a short visit to Vienna
Pros:

For me; perfect location. Close to supermarkets(5 min walking distance to penny), close to metro station and train station therefore it was very easy to travel from airport to the venue and also very easy to reach the city center and any where you wanted to go. Apartment was very nice. 2 seperate bedrooms and one living room with kitchen. It was big enough for 3 people. Instructions to reach to the apartment was also very clear for me. We didnt have any difficulties entering the building and the apartment. I am sure anyone can find a better option but for higher prices of course. I recommend this place for its honest management, good price, good location.

Cons:

Cant think of anything but i am sure other people will find downsides for this place. Just keep in mind the price/performance rates. For the price, it is a perfect choice in my opinion.

Sehr sehr schlicht, aber im Kontakt sehr zuvorkommend.
Pros:

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und schnell wurde das Problem gelöst, dass es einen Schlafplatz zu wenig gab.

Cons:

Leider war die Unterkunft an sich schon sehr abgewohnt, teilweise alt (die Herdplatte sehr provisorisch, der Fön lebensgefährlich (Kabel waren offen!!!!)
