Very clean hotel, friendly kind staff but only 1 understood & spoke English.
Bruno was an excellent pleasure to deal with, very funny & helpful.
Food was delicious.
3 course menu €19. Ample plateful each course.
Lovely walk by the river.
Lovely views.

Spent 2 nights here as part of a motorcycle tour, staff were outstanding, food was delicious highly recommend the hotel & restaurant

An ok place? I didn't pay for 5 star and we didn't get it. Stairs to the rooms, no elevators. Don't pay extra for a room with a view. You won't get it.

Muy amables, todo muy limpio.

The first thing what we discovered is that the door handles on cupboards were falling off then this leads to us checking the beds which were dusty and marks on the bed sheets. As we had to go out we then had to have a shower which dirt was coming out of the shower head and there was mould in the bath.This shows that the rooms were not hygienic Then towards the night time we had an evening meal which we found hairs in. I would not recommend

Petit hotel/restaurant très convenable. nous avons juste dormi une nuit (3 amis). La chambre était spacieuse (deux chambres connectées) et la salle de bain aussi. Le parking n'est pas très grand mais nous avons eu de la chance les 2 fois où nous avons du nous stationner!

Hay mejores opciones en la zona y al mismo precio. ni las instalaciones ni el servicio estan a la altura.

El hotel tiene una buena relación "calidad-precio". Lo malo es que no tiene ascensor y si te toca en la planta 3 es un poco incomodo, es el único inconveniente.

Personal muy atento y agradable. Hotel sencillo, económico pero limpio y cómodo. La habitación tenía algún desperfecto y daba la sensación de un poco descuidado. Buen menú, aunque te cobran el pan y la bebida y ahí te clavan.

Hemos pasado 3 personas dos noches en el hotel para disfrutar de Andorra.

Puntos positivos:
-Entorno del hotel precioso con buenas vistas del río y de las montañas, en un lugar bastante tranquilo.
-A nivel de servicios fenomenal, con buena atención, agradable y amable por parte de todo el personal. Gente maja.
-Desayuno correcto. No se puede pedir más por el precio incluyendo desayuno.
-La habitación muy buena en cuanto a espacio y tamaño, y bastante correcta en acabados. No se le puede pedir más en ese sentido. En buen estado general y con pocos años de antigüedad.

Respecto a los aspectos mejorables:
-Limpieza de la ropa de cama es muy mejorable, ya que hemos encontrado algunos pelos en las sábanas de terceras personas y, por otra parte, las toallas eran bastante viejas.
-Colchones de muelles (suenan al moverse). Aceptables para dormir.
-Cuando regresamos al hotel para la segunda noche, observamos que para esa segunda noche no nos habían dejado productos de higiene personal (pastillas de jabón) en el baño.
-La tapa del WC no se sostenía de pie y algún pomo del mobiliario necesita un poco de pegamento.
-La segunda noche los radiadores no calentaban igual que el primer día.
-El wifi sólo llega correctamente a la entrada de la habitación con la primera cama. La otra parte de la habitación con otras dos camas pierde la señal por completo.
-Sin ascensor.

Resumiendo: Hotel correcto, buen servicio,habitación espaciosa sin lujos, pero con detalles mejorables.

I think under certain circumstances their 9.90 menu is enough and good, add a bit of this and that + house rioja, 15euro, excellent value we thought, very pleasant young owners, sit inside or out, 17 degrees last week(15/11).

Had a nice stay in the Sucara. Rooms were basic but clean and functional. If you’re used to staying in top end hotels then you need to remember this is a 3 star hotel and in my opinion easily meets that rating. It has a nice bar area suitably sized for the hotel and the reastaurant food is quite nice.

Tout est vraiment bien pour le prix. Par contre, demande d'un lit double non tenue, et le petit-déjeuner affichait gratuit est payant.

If you are thinking to ski in the Vallnord area definitely this is a great hotel to stay. They have an affordable price for sleep breakfast and dinner. The staff is friendly and welcome and the food is great the only bad thing I've found is that the bed is to small if you are tall as me nearly 2M tall. Besides this the hotel have a great parking in front and in the back so it's easy to park and for free. Well located if you are not sure if you wish to ski in pal Arinsal or Ordino.

Very unwelcoming on arrival, they seemed to be homophobic and reluctant to let us have a double room as per our booking and wanted to change it to a twin room.

Room was cold when we got to it as the heating was not on, bathroom very dated, filthy shower curtain, no plug in the bath or the sink, hairs on the floor.

The bedroom very dated, broken bedside lightswitch that was hanging off the wall. The bed was very uncomfortable and very noisy, two pillows and no extras.

Don't serve dinner till 2000 and when the food came it was only luke warm and was all pre cooked and just re heated, the staff still vile and cold towards us but big smiles for what looked like locals that had come in for a drink.

Breakfast was ok for the price but still no smile or manners from the staff. No choice for breakfast just given what your given.staff didn't ask if you slept ok or anything don't engage with guest.

When we checked out they managed a bye and that was it. No asking if we liked our stay etc.

*** DONT EVEN STAY IF YOU WANT A CHEAP NIGHT***
