We don't understand the prices of the rooms of this hotel..

1. No laundry service, we had to go to a laundry station to do it ourselves. The location they proposed was really not nice.

2. No reception in the evening and the night.

3. Not safe ! Someone tried to enter into our room in the evening.
We informed the hotel staff and their first reaction was to tell us to leave the key on the door for the night, it was around 6pm and we didn't have dinner yet. After insisting, the night guard inquired for us to offer another room and contacted the manager.
The manager simply denied the possibility that someone could have opened our room with a key, he did not believe us even though we saw the door being open and heard a key sound in the lock.
They also did not want to refund us for the night because they were offering us another room. Due to the feeling of insecurity, we decided to leave the hotel anyway for a nearby hotel that was much better (Flemings Selection was amazing).

4. The room is noisy, we ear all the people around coughing, talking, walking etc... The floor made a lot of noise.
