Pros:

Very friendly staff and a great location. Room and bed was comfy, we got a free upgrade to a better room as well.

Decepcionante y un edredón con sangre

La ubicación es lo único bueno, unos 20-25 mins andando hasta Hofburg y 5-10 en coche.

Pongo mala puntuación porque el primer día nada más llegar quise usar una manta extra para la cama, y al abrir el armario, me encuentro un edredón manchado de lo que parece sangre (seca y oxidada de a saber cuándo y bastante grande, muy fácil de ver. Parecía la típica mancha de la regla). Lo dejé ahí y a la mañana siguiente se lo comenté amablemente al chico de recepción porque sé que culpa suya no es, y se disculpó y dijo que lo diría a las de limpieza para cambiarlo. No lo retiraron y estuvimos las 3 noches con el edredón manchado en el armario. No volví a decir nada hasta el check out, que habia una chica joven que hizo una foto de la foto que yo le hice al edredón y que adjunto aquí. Una guarrada la verdad que hizo que no me sintiese nada cómoda en la habitación.

Por otro lado la limpieza general bastante regular, polvo en las lámparas de la mesilla y en el suelo a poco que movías la mesilla (soy alérgica y lo noté), la mampara de la ducha no cerraba del todo y el agua a veces cambiaba bruscamente de temperatura.

Si puedes permitirte otro sitio mejor.
