Insel Fehmarn Hotel

The rooms are spacious and the hotel must be commended as some of there have been upgraded.i have always stayed at Insel for these reasons of safety and the service is good. The service is very good as well.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the bed comfortable. A supermarket, ATM and several good restaurants are all within walking distance. I look forward to visiting again.

The Insel is a clean basic and friendly hotel close to town. The staff are lovely and very helpful especially Patricia at reception. The breakfast is basic but fresh. The laundry ladies are also very helpful.

Excellent customer service by all. I stayed 5 nights here with my 80 & 84 year parents. The staff were very accommodating to their needs and treated them with the utmost respect. They were loving, caring and professional always greeting you with a smile. Front house staff right through to the back house, kitchen, cleaners were a joy to deal with. We highly recommend Insel to those visiting Samoa it will be your home away from home with Island feels.

The property was good, people were friendly, but I did not like to pay for three hours of wifi.

The room we had was spacious which we liked, but the shower wasn't as clean to a standard I would expect at a hotel. Also the shower cubicle is very small, so this is something to consider if you are plus sized. The pool was clean and the breakfast still one of the best on island.
