Pros:

I would like to share my experience after staying two nights at Euroway Hotel. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the service and overall quality. I seriously doubt whether this hotel meets the standards of a three-star hotel!

The bed was broken, and as a result, we couldn't sleep properly. The pillows were also far too small for adults and were very uncomfortable.

The hallways and elevator were not clean at all, which gave us a poor impression of the hotel's overall hygiene.

Even the breakfast was disappointing. The food did not seem fresh, especially the vegetables. We also found an insect in one of the jars, which was extremely unpleasant and raised serious concerns about hygiene.

Compared to other hotels we have stayed at in the same price range, Euroway Hotel falls significantly below expectations in terms of quality, cleanliness, and comfort.

Although we booked the room at a discounted rate, we certainly did not expect such poor standards. A discounted price should not mean compromising on basic cleanliness, comfort, and hygiene.

Overall, I am very dissatisfied with our experience and would not recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Great location, just two stops from the city center. The staff was pleasant and friendly. For the price, the breakfast was varied with a relatively large selection.

Cons:

The only thing that bothered me—and only a little—was that the mattresses were far too soft.
