Excelente hotel en Pereira
Pros:

Me encanto el lugar, es muy bonito y organizado, es muy limpio, nos hacian limpieza a diaro, nos ayudaron guardando el equipaje mientras era nuestro check-in, y también luego del check-out mientras era nuestra hora de viajar. Esta muy cerca al terminal de trasporte, unos 5min caminando. El personal es super amable, todos los dias teniamos nuestro desayuno, el cual es muy delicioso. Nos encanto, definitivamente volveria!

Cons:

La habitación es amplia, pero no tanto como se ve en las fotos, tal vez nos dieron una habitación diferente a la que muestra en booking, pero igual estuvo bien. Tuvimos algunos problemas con el aire acondicionado pero nos ofrecieron un ventilador mientras lo reparaban, de igual forma Pereira es un clima templado, así que no hace calor.

Me gusto mucho la ubicación, el personal es muy amable y el hotel en general muy limpio y tranquilo.

Cons:

El primer entro a mi habitacion otro huesped, la recepcionista le dio una llave de otra habitacion sin embargo esta logro abrir la puerta donde me quedaba con mi pareja, en un principio nos parecion bastante inseguro ya que es dificil entender como la llave de la habitacion de al lado tambien abre la puerta de nuestra habitacion, sin embargo nos cambiaron a otra habitacion donde nos sentimos un poco mas seguros.

El TV tiene problemas de conexión HDMI por lo que no se pudo usar para ver los canales de claro. Solo fue posible usarlo por medio de las aplicacion de Netflix
