Tienen q mejorar muuuucho en servicio al cliente

La atención muy mala, solo nos quedamos una noche, al llegar al hotel pedimos unas almohadas extra y tres horas después de que habían dicho enseguida tocó llamar insistentemente, teniendo en cuenta que eran las 10:30 pm y las pedimos desde las 7:00 pm. La mujer que nos atendió dijo q teníamos q esperar al cambio de turno porq estaba sola en recepción y por eso hasta esa hora las llevó. Al otro día pedimos un vaso de agua en el área de desayuno (lo cual no hicimos) y la respuesta fue q teníamos q comprarla en botella, q en ninguna parte la regalaban (no tenían jarras de agua disponibles). Al decirles que muy mala la atención el señor nos dijo “lo siento q no les guste”. Se rajaron con el servicio al cliente

Excelente hotel en Pereira
Pros:

Me encanto el lugar, es muy bonito y organizado, es muy limpio, nos hacian limpieza a diaro, nos ayudaron guardando el equipaje mientras era nuestro check-in, y también luego del check-out mientras era nuestra hora de viajar. Esta muy cerca al terminal de trasporte, unos 5min caminando. El personal es super amable, todos los dias teniamos nuestro desayuno, el cual es muy delicioso. Nos encanto, definitivamente volveria!

Cons:

La habitación es amplia, pero no tanto como se ve en las fotos, tal vez nos dieron una habitación diferente a la que muestra en booking, pero igual estuvo bien. Tuvimos algunos problemas con el aire acondicionado pero nos ofrecieron un ventilador mientras lo reparaban, de igual forma Pereira es un clima templado, así que no hace calor.
