Instead, use the address Metahofgasse 21, 8020 Graz for check-in when arriving by car, or else head directly for the parking garage (subject to a surcharge) at Traungauergasse 15, 8020 Graz. You can get a parking ticket at the hotel reception.

The reception is open Monday-Saturday from 07:00 to 22:00. On Sunday/bankholidays from 07:00h-12:00h and 17:00h - 22:00h.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sind modern und gut ausgestattet. Speziell der Balkon war grandios.

Cons:

Eigentlich haben die Zimmer im Bad eine Fußbodenheizung. Leider war meine gerade defekt, das kann jedoch passieren.
Insgesamt Top.

Pros:

Zentral - die Zimmer haben eine feine Größe und es ist alles vorhanden, was notwendig.

Cons:

Der Strassenlärm ist gewöhnungsbedürftig .
Das Personal war freundlich, aber es sollte davon wohl nicht zu viel sein.

* Dunkles, winziges Foyer ( NICHT barrierefrei erreichbar)
* Abfälle hinter dem einzigen Warte- Sitzplatz
* Feueralarm (ich bin ewige Nichtraucherin)
* Grindige Badezimmerleuchte (Foto > Schmutz, Rost?)
* wenig Gebäck (fast keine einfachen Semmeln)
* lediglich 1 (ein) Mann für Rezeption u. Küche

Cons:

Es war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das erste Mal hatten wir ein Zimmer im 5. Stock, das wirklich sehr sauber und gepflegt war und ein sehr schönes Badezimmer. Bei unserem zweiten Aufenthalt waren wir im 2. Stock. Im Badezimmer mussten wir leider Schimmel feststellen und der Boden war nicht wirklich sauber gereinigt. Die Amaturen insbesondere beim Wasserhahn waren sehr schwer zu bedienen. Im Schlafbereich haben wir auch viele staubige Stellen und Spinnweben entdeckt.

Pros:

Patul foarte confortabil, camera dotata cu multe prize, lenjeria de pat si prosoapele foarte curate, placute la atingere.
Intrucat am fost în Februarie, am apreciat ca a fost cald in camera si in baie.
Locatia este apropae de gara si la 20 -25 de mimute mers pe.jos pana in centrul istoric al orasului.
