Please note that you cannot park your car in front of the hotel for check-in (Annenstraße 60). Instead, use the address Metahofgasse 21, 8020 Graz for check-in when arriving by car, or else head directly for the parking garage (subject to a surcharge) at Traungauergasse 15, 8020 Graz. You can get a parking ticket at the hotel reception.

The reception is open Monday-Saturday from 07:00 to 22:00. On Sunday/bankholidays from 07:00h-12:00h and 17:00h - 22:00h.

Pros:

The best about our stay was the hotel's location, easy self check-in (we arrived after midnight) and the garage just across the street.

Cons:

The breakfast was advertised until 10:30 on Sundays, but I was refused entry
around 10:20 with no “last entry” policy communicated. Even a quick coffee and fruit to take away was denied, despite having paid for breakfast (and no refund).
Additionally, after going for a breakfast outside the hotel, my room key no longer worked about 30 minutes before the official checkout time because the card code had already been changed.
Very disappointing service and no response to my follow-up email.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!
Mitarbeiter sind sehr engagiert und freundlich.
Ein günstiges und praktisch gelegenes Hotel.
Sehr angenehm warmes Wasser, guter Heizung und bequemes Bett. Handtücher und Bettwäsche hat gute Qualität. Ich komme gerne immer wieder in das Hotel.

Cons:

Für den Preis sehr ok. Teppichboden im Zimmer mag ich persönlich nicht. Wirkt aber gut gereinigt.
