Cons:

Hlucny hotel, neprofesionalni personal na recepci. Spatne postele a polstare. Behem pobytu opravovali stoupacky. Parkovani 27 euro navic k cene, coz v 5**** povazuji za absurdni.

Stammhaus side is looking a bit dated, but, that will be resolved in the forthcoming hotel redesign.

Super place to stay, but, it’s getting knocked down in Spring to become even better.
Pros:

Location, great spar and great variety of food at breakfast and dinner. Had a midday meal too and that was great. Ana is the most chirpy and attentive waitress, always brought a smile to your face.

Cons:

Stammhaus is looking a bit tired. Rooms still ok, and, if you have a balcony (nice) overlooking the piste and Reiterkogelbahn, prepare for some early morning operational noise from the piste machinery and food lorries.
