Affordable hotel - overall good stay - Location is the best feature.
Pros:

Location is great, room with balcony and spacious.

Cons:

Cleaning service - too early in the morning. Facilities in the room (bathroom), AC system (noise). Rooms are not well isolated.

Hotel raczej 3-gwiazdkowy. Spełnia niezbędne potrzeby.
Pros:

Lokalizacja. Bardzo czysty, choć już nieco podniszczony. Standard hotelu 3-gwiazdkowego.

Cons:

Personel recepcji nie zwracający uwagi na czekającego na przyjęcie gościa.

Vraiment déçu de l’établissement malgré qu’il soit bien situé.

Cons:

1- CLIMATISATION et BRUIT :
J’ai eu un problème avec ma climatisation qui d’ailleurs fait beaucoup de bruit.
A mon réveil, la moquette était toute mouillée, entre mon lit et la climatisation.
J’ai signalé à la réception et on m’a fait changer de chambre.
Une chambre juste à côté de l’ascenseur où l’on entend bien le mécanisme de l’ascenseur.
Les chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées, que tu sois au 07 ou au 12 étages.
Que ce soit le bruit des voisins de chambres avec les portes qui claquent ou bien le bruit dans les rues.
2- COMMUNICATION :
3ème nuit à 01h30 du matin, alarme qui résonne dans toute l’hôtel, « fumée détectée, veuillez évacuer l’hôtel par les escaliers »
J’étais donc au 12ème étage ! Panique à bord ! Tous les clients de l’hôtel dans la rue à 01h30 du matin, ont regardé où il y avait de la fumée. RAS pas de fumée en vue.
Pas plus d’information de la part de la réception, aucune communication et aucune excuse !
Retour en chambre vers 02h10.
3- PARKING :
Parking payant 45$ par jour et si vous avez une grosse voiture comme moi, il y a un extra de 15$ à ajouter.
Ce qui fait donc 60$ + la « Hawaii General Excise Tax » de 2.83$, soit un total de 62,83$ par jour.
Et si vous restez 4 jours, ça vous fait un total de 251.32$ ce qui est extrêmement cher pour un parking !

Avec tout ça j’ai décidé de changer d’hôtel !!

Pros:

Great location!Everything is in walkable distance. Very friendly staff and great rooms. Cozy beds. And there is a great local restaurant suited right next to the hotel. The food and the service there is amazing!

Pros:

The location is fantastic, with only a minimal walk to shops and restaurants, and having an ABC Store right across the road was so handy. Everything was clean, and the hotel provided fresh beach towels every day, which made heading to the beach effortless. Really ideal for a simple, comfortable stay.

The situation is very well. During our stay we didn't need to take our car. All is around. Very well situated. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff are kind and the parking was enough for us.

We liked the location. The coffee was excellent in the lobby.

Cons:

It’s a basic beach town hotel nothing fancy and a few blocks from the beach. Definitely paying for the location not the accommodations. Basic room very small with absolutely no views. Air conditioning was hit or miss so be prepared to be hot and humid. Don’t get the room next to the elevator or you will be up all night with loud extreme elevator noises. Got hit with a 40 fee upon arrival that was not covered by the cruise line. Cruise line tells you they booked this hotel directly but they used a third party company. Definitely not a place I would ever return to or recommend.

Pros:

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean room, strong WiFi. Shops, restaurants nearby, bus W has a stop just around the corner, so easy access to and from the airport. 5 minutes walk to the beach, free beach towels.
