旅店地理位置極佳，對面就是公車站，捷運也在附近。附設平面停車場和自助洗衣房，提供腳踏車，還有往來旅店和捷運站的接駁（預先申請）；早餐超乎預期！原以為只有簡單的麵包吐司清粥小菜，竟然還有肉燥、蔬菜、咖哩燉！以高雄的物價來說，物超所值！
