Perfekter Aufenthalt, ruhig, sauber, nicht weit zu den Parks
Pros:

Alles! Sauberes, großes Zimmer ( reisten mit 10 Monate alten Baby). Die Lage ist ideal für den Besuch von Universal Studios (5 min Fahrt oder Shuttle vom Hotel), Sea World (ca 20 min Fahrt mit Auto), und Walt Disney. Das Frühstück war gut und es gab abends ab 17:30-19 Uhr eine Happy Hour, 3 Drinks pro Person umsonst ( es gab Cocktails, Wein, Bier), dazu gab es kleine warme und kalte Snacks, für uns war das perfekt. Man musste nicht abends wieder raus zum Essen ( vorallem wenn man nicht viel Hunger hatte), und mit Baby war es viel einfacher gleich im Hotel was essen zu können. Das Personal war super freundlich. Parkplätze gibt es ebenfalls genügend direkt im hoteleigenen Parkplatz. Daneben gibt es noch eine Tankstelle und einen 7 Eleven, gegenüber gibt es noch fußläufig viele Essensmöglichkeiten, was will man mehr! Einfach perfekter Aufenthalt! Besser geht nicht.

O Drury Inn tem um fantástico custo-benefício. Quartos grandes, funcionários atenciosos, boa localização, café da manhã e da tarde inclusos na diária. Para os padrões americanos, a comida é bem boa! Adorei!

Great value for money, friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was simple and basic, good start to the day. Waffles were a definite hit. While dinner isn't provided, there is a "happy hour" between 17:30 and 19:00 daily where Drury provides complimentary set meals, snacks and drinks ie. hot dogs, nachos, soup, drink fountain, popcorn etc. For those that have alcohol, it also includes 3 alcoholic drink per person. This is great value for money and effectively saves one from spending on dinner. It also affords guests time to socialise after a day on the go at the parks.
Great Universal partner desk from 7am to 11am, which helps with tickets, advice and booking the free shuttles to and from the Universal Parks.
The staff are some of the friendliest and helpful I have experienced, always smiling and checking in on how they can assist and make your stay better.
Great perks and Value for money.

Cons:

I experienced an issue with excessive dust in my initial room which caused an allergic reaction, once the staff were informed they were very helpful in identifying potential contributors and we realised I have been placed in a room that was "pet friendly". I was rapidly moved to another room which helped tremendously.

Hôtel idéalement situé pour visiter Universal Studios et ses environs. Grand établissement bien équipé, avec piscine et jacuzzi, et parking gratuit. Chaque jour, un « pré-dîner » est proposé de 17h00 à 19h00 : une restauration simple mais appréciable après une longue journée dans un parc d’attractions, accompagnée de trois boissons offertes (alcoolisées ou non).
Une navette gratuite dessert Universal, un vrai plus qui permet d’éviter les 30 $ de frais de parking (départ à 7h50, 9h00, 10h10 et 11h20 – retour à 17h15, 18h20, 19h25 et 20h30).
Personnel discret mais toujours disponible. En résumé, un hôtel que je recommande vivement, en particulier pour les familles.

Good place to stay
Pros:

The hotel has good maintenance, is clean, most of the staff is friendly and the breakfast is decent.

Cons:

Epic Universal shuttle left in front of us (group of guests) after waiting like 5 seconds. We went to the desk and just fyi.. you need to cross the parking lot to get to that bus as the bus won’t go to the hotel’s front door even if it is safer … of course they didn’t explain that to us until the bus left .. was so confusing and annoying!
