Pros:

Séjour de cinq nuits très agréable. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant, et la chambre était vraiment très propre. Rien à redire sur le service, tout était impeccable.

Le petit-déjeuner est complet, même s’il reste assez basique pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, avec exactement les mêmes choix chaque jour.

Le vrai plus est le petit repas proposé le soir. Difficile de critiquer quand c’est offert, mais une petite suggestion serait d’ajouter un dessert, comme un fruit ou un yaourt : ce serait parfait.

L’hôtel est également très bien situé entre Universal Orlando Resort et Walt Disney World Resort, idéal pour profiter des parcs d’Orlando.

Excelente opção para quem vai para os parques da Universal
Pros:

Conforto dos quartos, café da manhã e lanche da tarde. Para quem vai nos parques da Universal, a localização é sensacional. Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Estacionamento espaço e grátis.

Bien mais très mauvaise insonorisation extérieure
Pros:

Petit déjeuner pratique sur place, early dinner de 17h30 à 19h (s’il pouvait être prolongé jusqu’à 19h30 ça serait top!!, lits confortables, taille de la suite (à 4 c’était confortable), piscine propre et horaires d’ouverture très larges (serviettes à disposition), très proche d’universal (10min en voiture), personnel sympathique

Cons:

Insonorisation des fenêtres extrêmement mauvaise : on donnait sur la rue derrière : de voies de voiture, un gros carrefour, des bruits de moto, de police, de klaxon (nous avons mal dormi malheureusement… vu le prix de la suite nous sommes déçus), frigo tout petit et vétuste, manque de modernité (meubles, moquette, salle de bain, 1 seul lavabo…), manque de diversité dans le petit dej
