Super. Würden wir wieder buchen.
Pros:

Tolles Hotel, wenn man in die Universal-Studios möchte. Tickets kann man im
Hotel kaufen und es fährt ein Shuttlebus.

Tolles und engagiertes Personal. Gutes Frühstück. Obwohl direkt am Highway, war es sehr ruhig. Auch keine Geräusche im Hotel von anderen Gästen zu hören. Wir haben hier 2 sehr erholsame Nächte verbracht.

Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Estadia maravilhosa perto da Universal.
Pros:

Localização boa, bom café da manhã, equipe super atenciosa e gentil e a opção de alimentação e drinks no final da tarde foi uma grata surpresa. Além de ter condução para os parques da Universal.

Cons:

Não houve nada que me desagradasse.

Nos gustó sus instalaciones, nos tocó una habitación amplia y cómoda, el personal muy amable.
Destacó la buena ubicación del hotel y que tienen traslados a los parques de universal, también que hay bebidas disponibles casi todo el día y que a parte del desayuno detardecita hay comida disponible.
Volveríamos a este hotel, lo recomiendo.

Regular, bueno en cuanto a precio calidad
Pros:

Estuvimos 5 noches en febrero 2026. El personal es amable. El hotel es tranquilo, pequeño. Sirven un desayuno regular poco variado pero está bien.
El estacionamiento está incluido en la tarifa.

Cons:

Tienen alianza con universal y un servicio gratuito de traslados a los parques pero es muy acotado en cuanto a horarios. No es del todo práctico.
Conocíamos el Drury de Disney springs y nos había encantado. A este “near universal” no volveríamos.

Pros:

The staff were great! Very helpful and polite. They asked about our stay and did their best to help suggest things we might like. Particular shout out to Joseph on Reception.

Cons:

There were quite a lot of roadworks near the hotel, which lead to a lot of traffic and subsequently lots of beeping of car horns. Not the hotel's fault, but it was noticeable.
