The staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. They offered free parking, Happy Hour and were close to the Universal parks. The rooms were clean, housekeeping was fast, and the hotel staff responded quickly to our requests. For instance, my mom needed a collection device for her needles as she has diabetes. The staff delivered it promptly to our front door. Ms. Vickie and Katie get a special shout out for their amazing customer service, but the entire staff really did a great job. Even the cleaning guy vacuuming the front lobby was nice and greeted us with a smile. That says a lot about the establishment! Will definitely recommend to friends.
The only thing I can suggest is more options during Happy Hour. Especially for people who don't eat pork. Possibly have chicken sausage as well as the pork sausage. Or for people who are lactose intolerant, like myself, maybe offer almond milk creamer so that we can have coffee.

Food was not great. Ordered a burger in the bar area and it was just ok... tater tots were very undercooked.

Really friendly and nice staff - very helpful. The snacks and drinks were an added bonus and really helpful after a long day at parks. Big car park and plenty of space.
