2. 隔音有改善空間，走道的講話聲、街道車輛加速聲、鄰房的動靜雖不明顯，但仍可聽見
3. 自助洗衣設備比較像大學宿舍的水準，採投幣式洗烘分離，洗衣劑需向櫃台購買。需改善處：洗衣、烘衣的運作時間應標示，方便使用者預估離開及返回時間。此設備對於剛從國外返國或旅行過程中途選擇的住宿處的選擇考量很重要
