An elegant home away from home in San Andres
Pros:

We very much enjoyed our room and the staff was very helpful with suggestions and arrangements.

Cons:

Our only issue with the property was the cost of using taxis to get to restaurants, which they do both control.

Excelente hotel para estancia tranquila en san andres islas.
Pros:

Las instalaciones son Hermosas! El ambiente es muy caado, silencioso… inspira el descanso. La vista en la habitación que nos quedamos es excelente. El personal es muy amable y servicial.

Cons:

Aunque la comida era deliciosa, el desayuno incluido no tenia mucha variedad. Probablemente no sea un hotel para quedarse todo el dia en el.

A disappointment
Pros:

Beautiful property and nice staff.

Cons:

The room was unclean with lots of hair on the floor and in the bathroom. We asked them to rectify, and watched them drag a cold mop through the bathroom into the main living area - not very hygienic at all.

Because of the lack of cleanliness, we decided to move hotels and agreed with the owner that we would leave 1 night early as we were not happy. He agreed to refund us for our second night. This was over 3 weeks ago and we still haven’t had a refund after many messages back and forth.

Demasiado recomendado para estar en un hotel privado y muy lindo!
Pros:

El hotel es divino, tiene mucha personalidad y cada cosa está escogida con un excelente gusto. Los desayunos son super buenos y completos. Me encantó que queda lejos del ruido del centro, pero igual uno puede caminar al centro 30 min o ir en moto/taxi. El staff es demasiado amable, nos ayudaron con todo!

Cons:

Las sábanas tenían bastantes manchas y el hotel está lleno de mosquitos.

Pros:

We had a wonderful and time at Hotel Harb. The owner was particularly generous with his time and hospitality. Our time began with a tour of his collection of furniture and ornaments from around the world. These are genuinely a lifetime of careful planning, an excellent eye and immense passion. The day of our departure was a race day on San Andres and we needed to be at 5am to beat the road closures. The owner was up to help us navigate this little bump in our journey. The service we received at Harb was personal, helpful and friendly … and do find time to eat at Purezza - a hole in the wall joint that serves up delicious seafood dishes by the side of the road. Absolutely delicious and suggested by the hotel
