Das gesamte Schloss ist zu besichtigen und in manchen Räumen kann man sich auch aufhalten wie z.B. die Bibliothek.
Pros:

Es ist eine unglaublich tolle Location. Das Standardzimmer, welches wir gebucht hatten, war außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet- jedes Detail hat designmässig gepasst- einfach klasse.

Cons:

Es ist alles perfekt.

Außergewöhnliche Location. Gepflegtes Schloss und für einen Kurzurlaub geeignet.
Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut

Cons:

Nicht für alte Menschen, oder Behinderte geeignet, da keine Schrägen und nur hohe Treppenstufen vorhanden sind.
Zimmer war sehr dunkel. Aber während der Hitzeperiode ideal.

Det borde stå tydligare på sidan att det inte finns ngn hiss.
Man skulle automatiskt fått ett Alpbach kort men vi fick be om det och fick ändå inte det fysiska kortet.

Das riesige Potential des Gebäudes für ein tolles Erlebnis wird leider nicht ganz ausgenutzt

Keine Frage, das Gebäude ist sehr außergewöhnlich und auch echt toll. Eben ein wirkliches altes Schloß/Burg. Somit ist es schon sehr interessant und nicht wie ein normales Hotel. Die Kommunikation vorab über WhatsApp war toll. Sehr gute Infos, super schnelle Antworten...alles bestens

Cons:

Wir sind mit großen Erwartungen angereist. Wussten zwar dass bei Ankunft die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt ist, aber dass quasi kein Personal dort ist, ist dann doch etwas seltsam. Beim Frühstück, welches eher übersichtlich ist, ist zwar Personal anwesend...aber auch hier schwer zu greifen. Wir haben uns tatsächlich etwas alleingelassen gefühlt. Man erkundet dann irgendwann auf eigene Faust das Gebäude....wir hatten dann aber öfter das Problem, dass wir nicht wussten welche Räume man denn betreten darf...sind es Gästezimmer oder was sonst. Man will ja dann nicht plötzlich bei anderen Gästen im Zimmer stehen....Kurz gesagt, mit etwas mehr Erklärungen, einer kurzen Führung etc. wäre das Erlebnis sicher viel besser gewesen.

Unique experience
Pros:

It was a very unique experience. Kids just loved it and we did too.
We were the only guests and still they cared to serve us a rich and great breakfast every morning.

Fantastiskt läge blir man inte gobsmacked när man kommer dit så vet jag inte när man skulle bli det

Kuddarna i sägen var horribelt dåliga tycker kanske att sängen kunde vara lite bättre men var ändå ok

Gorgeous atmosphere and adjacent park such an amazing structure and beautiful restoration.

Cons:

We loved everything. We would have liked a tour to see the round tower, spa and gardens. All closed off - during our stay. There did not seem to be to be a manager on the property to guide guests. Also would recommend a drip coffee station or large prepared coffee urn and an electric water boiler for guests to make their own tea in the breakfast room. The noise of the cappuccino/expresso machine is unpleasant and sometimes there is a wait to use it. For tea the staff had to fetch hot water in tea pots. Still we so enjoyed our stay just suggestions.

Von britischen Eigentümern perfekt ausgestattet vom Rittersaal bis Bibliothek, bis kleine Hochzeitskirche indoor.
Edelste Renovierungen - inklusive SPA im antiken Burg-Turm auf 4 Etagen: Sauna, edles Hammam -Dampfbad, Fitness-Etage, Ruheetage mit Infrarot und Liegen, sowie Dachgeschoss mit Self-Service Getränkeschrank und 360 Grad Ausblick über Schlosspark und Brixlegg-Tal.
Wir konnten den SPA-Turm sohar für 2,5 Std für uns allein buchen (Bademantel und xl Badetuch inklusive).
Und ein tolles Frühstück - wir kommen wieder!
