Mir hat gar nichts gefallen.

Cons:

Der Check-in ist erst ab 14:00 Uhr möglich. Sie müssen an der Rezeption anrufen, dann öffnet Ihnen eine ungarische Mitarbeiterin die Tür. Wenn Sie das Hotel später verlassen und zurückkehren möchten, funktioniert die Karte nicht mehr. Im Hotel können Sie bereits um 11:00 Uhr einchecken, dann funktioniert alles einwandfrei.

Czysty pokój. Smaczne i rozmaite śniadanie. Blisko do trasy.

Cons:

Brak drzwi do łazienki (przy podróżowaniu z nastolatkiem jest to dość niekomfortowe). Dopiero po opłaceniu noclegu przyszła informacja że posiadają tylko 33 miejsca parkingowe na 132 pokoje więc możliwe że nie będzie parkingu nawet jeśli będziesz chciał zapłacić.

Inkompetentes Personal, kein Geschäftsführer oder Supervisor anwesend, unzumutbarer Zustand im Zimme

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Das Personal an der Rezeption war mit dieser Situation überfordert.
Nach nachträglicher Reklamation beim Management wurde vollständiger Übernachtungs
preis erstattet.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer funktionierte nicht. Es war sehr heiß. Auf unsere Nachfrage um Hilfestellung bei der Rezeption, sagte man uns, dass die Temperatur zentral gesteuert würde. Da unser Zimmer zur Hauptstraße zeigte, wollten wir zur Rückseite umziehen. Die Damen an der Rezeption meinten jedoch, dort sei es nicht leiser, da Bahnlinie. Sie empfahlen uns, das Fenster zu öffnen und gaben uns Ohrstöpsel.
Als wir dann in der Nacht ins Zimmer kamen stellten wir fest, dass die Fußbodenheizung im offenen Bad auf Hochtouren lief. Bei ca. 28 Grad Zimmertemperatur war eine erholsame Nachtruhe nicht möglich.
Nach 5 Tagen haben wir noch keine Stellungnahme zu unserer Beschwerde per email erhalten.

Meglepően olcsó volt, azt hittem hogy a fancy képek ellenére egy munkásszállón vagy koliszobán találom magamat, de egyáltalán nem ez volt a helyzet. Rendezett, tiszta, kényelmes ágyak, normális fürdőszoba.

Cons:

A fürdőszobában a szappanadagolókkal lehet tusfürdőt/sampont adagolni, amibe valószínűleg a legolcsóbb tusfürdő került, azt én inkább vinnék magammal.

Pros:

Dopo averlo chiesto hanno preparato un piatto per la volazione gluten free (al buffet non è evitabile la contaminazione).

Cons:

Non c’era il frigo in stanza e non era molto pulita soprattutto il pavimento.
