Front Desk should be more professional. More resposive. I had an incident where they checked me in a room that has a very old and unclear TV i felt i am ib a 3 star hotel. Its totally understanble but when its not undestandable tgatvwhen yiu complain on tgat uiu get

NEVER EVER AGAIN!
I am very disappointed. I regret I booked a room at this hotel. I arrived after midnight (with giving the hotel late arrival notice), when I got there, I waited at the service counter more than 12 minutes. The receptionist then told me that there is not a room for me! Although I booked a non smoking room with King Bed. He said all rooms are smoking, and al he can do is to try to find a twin bed in a handicap accessible room on the floor level. After waiting another 30 minutes, he failed to find anything, yet, he kept asking me to wait and not to worry ... so, after 38 hours of travel time, I was very exhausted, I asked to talk to the manager, he told me that he is the manager .. hehe ... So, I realized that it is truly a 1 star hotel or may be 2 stars, and I left and waited on the main road after 1 am and luckily found a Taxi, I started looking for a hotel, and I found one around 2:15AM.

This is a genuinely likeable hotel with a good personal touch and nice attention to guests. I was working in Amman and hosting a training event (in the same hotel) and the customer service from both personal and business perspectives was excellent throughout. The surrounding area is quiet and not particularly attractive but the hotel has ample free parking and a well-appointed reception area. The hotel consists of two large blocks connected by a long corridor. On the 8th floor of the second block is the bar/nightclub which was a tad surreal. The main block has spacious and comfortable bedrooms, somewhat traditionally furnished but with excellent touches such as a welcome pack of food on arrival. The general condition was good if a bit careworn. The cuisine was really fine. Breakfast was extensive and really delicious with fresh omelettes and eggs plus a great range of hotel dishes. Fruit availability could be more extensive. Breakfast is served in a huge atrium with a large swimming pool that was a delightful feature - everything light and enhanced by the flowing water. Service throughout was warm and highly professional. This hotel makes a huge effort and this is greatly to be appreciated. On the downside is the pervasive smoking and lack of smoke free zones (including bedrooms) - quite unacceptable in these days. Apart from that, a reliable and professional hotel that ticks most boxes well

The hotel rooms could definitely use an upgrade. There was long hair on bed when i checked in. There was a small store right next to the hotel. Which was nice.

The Bristol Hotel is amazing! With my boyfriend we stayed 2 nights and everything was perfect. The location is the center is perfect. The staff was very welcomed and with the smile. The breakfast with the pool view is a bonus in the morning. I highly recommend! The parking of the hotel is available in front of the hotel.

Fair value for money , good

I always stay in this hotel and every stay is better than the one before, this stay was no exception, from the welcome at the entrance once I arrived to the excellent service offered by all the staff ( front office, housekeeping and food and beverage), thank you all for making all my stats memorable and very comfortable.

It’s a very comfortble rooms and staff. The view at the pool is my favorite one.
The rooms are big and enough of 3 persons and it’s always clean and help you with anything you need rather from the hotel or outside.

I recently stayed at your hotel, and I'm compelled to share my disappointing experience. My son fell ill, and we needed to cut our trip to the Dead Sea short and return to Amman earlier than planned. We arrived at the hotel around 4 o'clock in the morning, expecting understanding and support during a stressful time.

Unfortunately, we were charged the full rate for the night. The reception staff informed us that early check-in starts at 6 am and communicated in what felt like "wooden language," offering no empathy or flexibility. They were unhelpful and dismissive, showing no concern for our situation.

When I raised this issue with the duty manager Alaa in the morning, I hoped for some form of compensation or at least an acknowledgment of our inconvenience. Instead, I was told there was nothing they could do. This rigid policy and lack of customer care made an already stressful situation even more frustrating.

I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled and the lack of consideration shown by the staff. I expected better service and understanding from a hotel of this caliber.

I hope that in the future, your hotel will consider being more accommodating and empathetic to guests facing unexpected situations.

Very good and very clean hotel

This is not the first time for me , but every time I visit Jordan , I booked here ,best hotel for me , best staff at all , yussef is a good man there and v.kind , he well take care of everything , the hotel is so clean ,
Everything was clean the beds the floors
The bathroom ,the food , and they have Avery good menu
Also they have the best rooms and big
The location is perfect, close to everything

We recently held a wedding for a family member at the Bristol Hotel. Everyone we dealt with, from the event manager, to the wedding planner, front desk staff, concierge, servers, chefs, housekeeping etc. was very helpful, receptive to our questions and concerns, and flexible enough to pull together exactly the event we wanted. The hotel offered us numerous extra perks that we didn't ask for, but really appreciated. Every time we reached out to them with a request we knew that they would genuinely find a way to make things work for us, and that was very calming and helpful when planning such an important event.

The ballroom was beautifully decorated, the food delicious, and we received wonderful reviews from all of our guests!

The best about the hotel is the staff. Everyone was so attented and kind. We stayed in Amman for a few days before our trip to Petra and WadiRum. The food was always fresh and tasty, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel is very well located. I will recommend the Bristol to anyone who visits Amman.

It was great experience i loved the service and everything thank you Bristol for your amazing work and services…. Everything is amazing but It requires regular maintenance and follow-up of services and constantly checking on customers. Thank you again and it is certain that this is an experience that will be repeated.

Everything went amazing the food was great, the service was more than amazing, staff were super friendly and nice especially mohammad, Yousef and Suzan they were extremely nice and sweet im thankful for them also rooms are always clean, breakfast was amazing and we feel really comfortable here, best hotel in Amman no doubt.

I am an American who travels a lot, and have stayed in many hotels around the world. As I planned my trip to Amman Jordan, I heard that Americans have stayed in this place, so naturally I've stayed at this hotel for almost 11 days. It has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had, I got scammed by the hotel managers of all. One of the managers scammed me, and when I complained to his boss, whom promised me to take care of the situation and correct it, he ended up being a liar, so I went above him to his manager, whom turned out to be even a bigger lair. In total 4 managers who all of them turned out to be lairs and covering for each other. I think this place targets Americans and then when you catch them in the act, the pretend to want to correct the situation but lie to you so that they waste your time and end up leaving without getting what you are owed. In a nut shell, this place is no good, targets people to scam them out of money of course, then lie to you. YOU DO NOT WANT TO GO TO THIS HOTEL, I found many better places than this dump.

Stayed at the Bristol Hotel in Aman Jordan, lovely hotel with pool in dining room, food was buffet excellent choices As occupancy was lower than usual we got upgraded to a suite which was fabulous Hotel has lovely shop selling jewellery which is little more expensive that downtown quality of the jewellery is good and the lady of the shop was very helpful and pleasent

Too loud and horrible internet connection considering that Amman has an outstanding internet infrastructure
