Pros:

The location of the hotel is great, you can easily walk to the Plaza de Armas. Many restaurants and bars are within walking distance.
The staff was very friendly. We managed to do the check-in earlier than the normal time, as one of us was sick.

Cons:

After one person took the shower, there was no warm water for more than 30 minutes.
Paying by credit card was not possible, even though we reserved through booking and the credit card number was asked.

Cons:

Nachts was es doch sehr kalt und es gab leider keine Heizung in dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist etwas spärlich.

Pros:

Óttima posizione.
Motlo cortese lo staff.

Cons:

Il bagno aveva una piccola finestra comunicante con un locale dello staff e questo mi ha messo un po'di a disagio.
A parte questo però la camera era molto pulita con un letto molto comodo e il personale davvero gentile.
