Very clean and fresh!
Pros:

The location is bang in the middle of all the restaurants and bars and it seems like a safe place to be in :) its recently refurbished and super super clean! They also have a jacuzzi and outdoor area upstairs but i dont think it was open for the guests yet.

Cons:

The shower didnt have a lot of water pressure and the water was not that hot. It was ok since the temp is hot outside but if you want scolding water you wont get it.

Clean spacious room. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Nice and helpful staff. Good breakfasts. Located in a very nice area. Nice jacuzzi and steam sauna on the roof top, that you can reserve (for free) with just a bit of anticipation. .

Cons:

The only thing is that there is a bar and night club just in front of the building, so some nights it was noisy until late
