Es un hotel pequeño muy bien cuidado, agradable visualmente y bien ubicado

Cons:

Todo estuvo bien, solo podrían mejorar un poco el desayuno ya que es demasiado básico y con sólo un par de opciones

Os funcionários são maravilhosos: Daniela , Daniel e Pierre , mas o donos devem ser pessimos

Cons:

Hotel tem quartos que parece calabouço ( sem nenhuma vista , escuro ) e faz questão de migalhas. Não deixa entra 1 minuto antes do horário convencionado pro check In, embora o quarto estivesse pronto ( eu fui verificar o quarto ) . Eles colocam umas fitas nos objetos do frigobar para identificar ( com medo de alguém querer substituir) impossível de retirar. Se perder a chave, custa 50 reais

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado si se va a hacer turismo o si se va a un concierto.
Aunque hay bares y sitios de rumba alrededor, no se escucha nada.
El desayuno es un mini buffet asistido, hay variedad y la persona que lo sirve es generosa.

Cons:

Aunque está remodelado, las camas no son cómodas, las almohadas son demasiado altas y están sucias.
Las habitaciones del primer piso no reciben el ruido de la calle, sino de las personas que trabajan allí, hacen mantenimientos en la noche.
El personal poco amable, eramos 3 y todos los dias debiamos solicitar una toalla adicional, no la teniam em cuenta.
Se acabó el papel higiénico y tuvimos que comprar porque no colocaron más.

Ubicación y amplitud de las habitaciones

Cons:

Al momento del check in hubo demora en la entrega de la habitación.
De otro lado, Hice una solicitud por booking al hotel para de adelantar la reserva un día ya q debía regresarme un dia antes. No recibí respuesta al correo y al llegar al alojamiento volví a realizar la solicitud tampoco noté interés en apoyarme en la solicitud de no cobro de una noche. Finalmente debí pagar la segunda noche a pesar de no hospedarme.
