There was a smell of sewage in one room, the staff provided us with a replacement without any problems. We could not occupy 1 room due to illness, the hotel promised to refund us 50% of the cancellation fee. We really appreciate it.

Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer nicht sauber, Badezimmer schimmelig.

@Frühstück: War gut und ausreichend
@Bedienung: Sehr freundlich und bemüht

Cons:

@Zimmer: Boden war nicht sauber
Klimafilter und Abluftfilter(Bad) sehr verschmutzt. Im Zimmer hat es modrig gerochen.
@Badezimmer: Badezimmerdecke, Dusche und Duschkopf waren schimmelig.
Kabel frei herumliegend unterhalb vom Spiegel im Bad.

Die Lage fast direkt am Bahnhof ist optimal für Anreise mit der Bahn, in die Innenstadt ist es zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten oder einer kurzen Straßenbahnfahrt auch kein Problem. Das Frühstücksbuffet fand ich auch sehr gut, auch wenn die Auswahl anderswo auch schon mal etwas größer ist.

Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption freundlich und zuvorkommend. Parkplatz vorm Haus um 10 EUR bis zum Check- out. Frühstück war ok.

Cons:

Badezimmer abgenutzt, dringend Sanierungsbedürftig. Laut trotz geschlossenen Fenster. Zimmer ging zur starkbefahrenen Hauptstraße. Matratzen weich. Auf einigen Möbelstücken Ränder von Gläsern und Brösel. Boden hat eigenartig geklebt. Fazit: nächste Woche ein anderes Hotel
