Disappointing, not recommended
Pros:

The room was quite big for a standard room. The pool was not that small and it felt clean.

Cons:

The sheets and covers were dirty when we arrived. We reported it to the front desk and they sent housekeeping to have a look at it. Unfortunately the person only brough few covers and they were also stained. In the end we asked them to change everything when we went out, but I don't think they did. There were still some stains present afterwards.

We stayed for one night and clean sheets are a basic thing that every hotel should get right, let alone a 4-star hotel. We wasted our time waiting and sorting this out and not a single person told us they were sorry. Seems like a systematic issue.

Room service. I ordered a bucket of ice and it i did not receive any. I suspect the room service guy when to the north pole and get lost. That was night time around 9pm.

Its really amazing.
Pros:

the rooms are always very good, i didnt expect front desk gave me a free upgrade to a apartment suite. breakfast, bar, quality of overall experience is very impressive.

i am from a hotel background, i know my stuff. Its really good. It will definately become my permanant to go hotel when i come for work trip.

Cons:

the bar, probably dont allow people to smoke inside is best. sometimes trying to enjoy what the bartender is doing but due to cigarette smell i cant really savour the drink.

Pleasant and relaxing 😌.
Pros:

The spread of food is great, there are always area of improvement moving forward 😀. Shopping amenities is a walking distance from the hotel. Safety is of no issues.

Like the location, walked down is the mall almost everything is there which what we want to do like food, reflexology, pedicure, hyper mart etc

Cons:

The smoking room not too bad but it would be good if there sum upgrading to be done. Carpet kind of dusty

Great Location stay, comfortable
Pros:

The room was comfortable, big and had a good rest

Location was good, not crowded

Cons:

The back has access to Nagoya Hill Mall, but you would need an access card to exit. So if you check put, you would either need to walk out from the front or tap the card and return it to desk.

Pros:

Hotel was great, just a walking distance to Nagoya Hill mall. Staffs was incredible and friendly and the breakfast spread was great too. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Will come again!
