部屋は広く、快適で、周りのホテルの中でも立派なホテルだと思います。
I Hotel の名称で2か所あり、タクシーの運転手さんも間違えるほど。これは、どこへ行くにもストレスになった。
対外的に I Hotel 〇〇、I Hotel●● との表記が必要では。フロントに聞いたら、両ホテルは同じ会社で、運営が別とのこと。
洗面所に小タオル(この4星クラスのホテルでは、ハンドタオル、フェイスタオルの2種類は通常あると思う)がなく、ほかの部屋を清掃中だった若い男性スタッフに言うと、反抗的な態度で、2種類または3種類のタオル常備が、通常であることに全く理解を示さなかった。結局、小さなお粗末なタオルを渡された(このスタッフは、多分ほかのホテルの設備、備品を理解していないのでは?)。

The room was quite big for a standard room. The pool was not that small and it felt clean.
The sheets and covers were dirty when we arrived. We reported it to the front desk and they sent housekeeping to have a look at it. Unfortunately the person only brough few covers and they were also stained. In the end we asked them to change everything when we went out, but I don't think they did. There were still some stains present afterwards.
We stayed for one night and clean sheets are a basic thing that every hotel should get right, let alone a 4-star hotel. We wasted our time waiting and sorting this out and not a single person told us they were sorry. Seems like a systematic issue.
